My order came faster than I thought I was happy with that.
Items were too small gave to charity. Ordered again and next size was still to small. Guessed wrong not big size as I usually take those sizes ordered bigger still no fit gave again to charity..
My original order was returned because the apt number did not appear on the address line. I called and the person I spoke to replaced the order immediately and was very polite and helpful

I received the runners they were just as pictured the reason for the 4 instead of 5 is they are or a 3rd party Befrugal has them as a company that offers cash if you shop on that site collection etc will not recognize the order with this company and keeps sending me emails to complete my order that's why they didn't get a perfect 5 from me
I received 2 orders one I did not get a confirmation so I ordered again I only wanted 4 pillows not 8!
Collections etc quality is a huge hit or miss. But with the low prices you always feel a winner. I have ordered dozens of quilts for myself, friends and family, and all were good or excellent. Clothes are another thing, most don't hold up for more than one season.
EVERY time I've ordered from you, I am NEVER able to check the status of my order or track it! NEVER! I put my order #, my last name, my zip, whatever! It goes right back to a blank page! I called and got nowhere! So, since you refuse to fix your system, I refuse to purchase from you ever again! There is NO EXCUSE for this! I can't get the status, I can't get a tracking number -- NOTHING! So at this point -- GOODBYE! YOUR LOSS!
I have ordered from Collections Etc. many times over the years and have always received exactly what I ordered. Their products have never disappointed me yet. I have always received my orders in a timely manner and have had no damaged shipments.
