This is the 3rd Quilt I have ordered with the same print in different colors The weight of the quilt is great for all four seasons. This time besides the quilt and pillow shams I ordered valances for the windows. The complete order was received within 9 days.

I had previously ordered 2 of the blue branches solar lights along with outdoor decor which consisted of 2 colorful lizards and a sun to liven up our garden shed. I love the lights so much that I ordered 2 more. When I received my additional order, there was only 1 set of 3 branches instead of 2. I verified the order sheet which was still in the box and it showed I ordered 2 and paid for 2. I contacted customer service and explained my issue. The rep asked if I wanted a refund or the other set of lights. I confirmed I wanted the other set which the rep stated she completed and should be received in about 10 days. Two days later I was checking my bank account and noticed I was charged again for the set of lights I never received and I called back to customer service. The rep stated that once the lights were shipped I would be refunded. I'm still waiting for my refund and hoping I don't have to make a 3rd call. I really do not understand why I was charged again for the lights I never received. This is the first order I had placed with Collections Ect and it has not left a very good impression with me.
The small rug I received has a very nice pattern, and is skid proof.

Always enjoy the catalogs and the variety of products. I have never been disappointed and have also shared the catalogs with friends and neighbors. I wish I could shop more hopefully when I get a better paying job, there's so many cute garden things I have my eye on.
