Received one item ordered (out of several!) that was sure not like the picture in book. Terrible item and I now have to return it. What a hassle. It is a slipcover for loveseat. We have two and could not fit on either one! Awful look and feel, too. The other items were ok, except missing one - which I just received yesterday after calling and informing your company.

The box was damaged and slightly opened. Everything was shoved in box way too small for the order. I ordered a cat blanket that was supposed to come with 2 pillow cases. The pillow cases didn't come. Very disappointing.

The "Friends are the family you choose" pillows are beautiful. The color of the lavender Pocket Wrap is not as pretty as pictured. It is a light, washed out lavender.

However, the battery in the snowman cookie jar must be old or faulty because he doesn't light up - disappointing! I don't want to go through the hassle to send it back and pay for postage because of a battery.

Can you send me a new battery or cookie jar, please?
