Absolute garbage, over the last month have bought close to 2000 worth of xrp in multiple transactions, every time I did not receive my crypto had to call the company numerous times to get them to send the crypto. This company is a prime example of poor customer service. They take ages to respond to calls and even then put you on hold. It's ridiculous. Their customer service people can become very rude and disrespectful if you have no knowledge of crypto and want to understand everything by asking detailed questions. Please stay away from these terrible people and this awful company.
