This is a one man band operating under many names and Is Not in Australia. Stock is not available when it states it is. Takes your money and does not provide the goods. Will lie to you every time you ring. No reply to emails and doesn't refund your cancelled purchase. Read other reviews on Trust pilot. Upon enquiring with machine repair companies in Sydney to see if this business exists, they have not repaired machines for him and state he is not in Australia and to stay away from him.
He will also advise you other websites are shelf companies and not Australian. He has no bricks and mortar to take your repair to if you need to and also doesn't have a warehouse either.
