My email specifically said that I was allowed 3 downloads. I downloaded 2 times fine and then a "0" was showing as the remaining downloads. I contacted them only to receive an email from Chloe Bell without a sound explanation, no apology that there may have been a misunderstanding, no normal customer service tone or offer to fix the problem. Just curt one sentence responses that actually made no sense what so ever! Stay away from this company that behind the scenes seems very fishy.
When you type in "Adobe Illustrator" into Google, this is one of the first things to pop up. Upon investigation, (because the deal seems too good to be true) I have found that most of the comments are fake and many people have been given codes that don't work when entered. It's a shame that Google lets companies like this appear at the top of their search results. I can't imagine how many people that are just trying to save a buck are getting scammed. This website needs to be shut down.
Here let me advertise a great deal on photo software and then use another scammer company to email it to you cuz it doesn't work! And then when you try to contact them, their website keeps coming up with errors that doesn't allow you to attempt to talk to any one! Stay away from these guys and SendOwl who helps them scam you! How do people get away with this stuff?!
Clearly a scam - taken my money and no way of contacting them apart from a supposed email address - surprisingly no-one replies. Avoid like the plague
I bought two copies of Photoshop and one copy of Acrobat from these guys and the serial keys are not legit according to Adobe. Avoid these guys. I'll be letting the authorities know.
Answer: Scam company as far as I'm concerned... and it looks like I'm not the only one.
Answer: Horrible -- rude one sentence answers rather than trying to fix your problem.
