Waited 32 days says it's delivered but got nothing. Wasted $#*! load of money I'm pissed online says from us but after its come from China wth?

Coco US is a scam. Fake tracking. When you tell them tracking says delivered, unfortunately their logistics company can't compensate you unless you send more money? What? We paid for insurance! Avoid them like the plague! I can't give zero stars, but I would give negative 5!

We ordered stuff over a year ago from then and they never sent our product. This place is a fraud and $#*!ing suck! Don't ever order from these $#*!ers! Take your money else where.

First of all it took forever for me to receive my purchase and once I finally did it was only half of what I ordered and the clothing looked nothing like what was actually on the website. I never received the summer outfits I purchased but only the winter items. I'm so disappointed and pissed and I will never shop with them again. P. S - they only sent something after my first review I made and if it wasn't for that I don't think I would've ever gotten anything. I lost money. They stole my money you might as well say and that's just sad and bad business Do not shop

Worst online company. Took 2 months to get the garbage product. Sizes run very small and description/color is different then how they describe it. One blouse looked like sleeves came to the elbows and it was long sleeve. Material is so thin. I wanted to return 3 items I bought and they said no returns. They did offer to refund me 12.00 of the 97.00 purchase and they would let me keep the 3 pieces. I guess they felt that was all the 3 garments were worth. They are liars and mislead people to buy. I wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing. I don't know how they can stay in business. Took 3 items to Goodwill. Working with my bank on getting a refund.

Fabrics are cheap and unforgiving prints do not look like photos on site. Very tight in arms and shoulders completely constricts movement. I ordered XL and am 140lbs. Requested a return they asked for pictures and I sent those as well. After 3 more return request emails they responded with we do not accept returns for size and fit. $90 for a complete load of crap. I can't even begin to explain the tight, thin, cheapness of this fabric. Besides the shapes of the blouses. It's all off. This is my daughter in the pics 130lbs in an XL. They are tight across shoulders even on her.

In a world with so much junk and so much deceptive marketing, there is Taylor Coco at its core. And, dammit, I fell for it. Their marketing is good. Their product is crap, but good for lots of laughs. What you order won't fit because it appears to be made by blind, day-drinking arthritics new to sewing. It will take forever to arrive, and you will wonder what you were drinking when you fell into this trap. Apparently returning it to China is an even bigger joke than the merchandise. So, congrats Taylor Coco, or whatever you're calling yourself on Insta and elsewhere today. You got me good. This polyester mess will be good for someone's crafting practice.

Im beyond upset at this company. I spent 86.97 on three shirts that looked awesome online. When I received the items they had scrunchy sleeves that constricted my arms so tightly that within seconds I could feel the blood circulation cutting of to my lower arms. I had to take it off immediately. Then I noticed little strings hanging around the sleeves on both shirts with that style. The third shirt was a long sleeve with regular cuffs and the image on the long sleeve was distorted and pixelated. I'm currently in the process of starting a legal dispute because after expressing my serious dissatisfaction they said they had a no return policy. What? Nowhere is that stated on their site for consumers to see easily or the ad through which I purchased and I took screenshots of everything for proof. I've forwarded them the Florida guidelines about returns needing to be made when a company doesn't comply with making their return policy's noticeable for consumers. They still haven't responded so my next steps for a refund is getting official papers drawn up. Don't bother with this site please. They are terrible, they lie about the product descriptions and they send you a five dollar worth material item when your paying almost $30 dollars per item. Choose other brands there's tons out there that are more reliable and I should've done more research on them. Please save yourself this horrible experience. I'm about to run there name into the dirt and post more comments all over their platforms because I'm beyond words. During a pandemic the last thing you should be doing is taking advantage of people like this.

This is a fake website. This and fifity.com are exactly the same pictures and so are 3 others. This is literally a scam! They send =you the crappiest thin awful material that could never wear in public and they say no where on their website that they are in china! YOU cant send it back and they play games and offer you $12 instead oof a proper refund! Paypal.com doers not protect you or care about their customers at all! Literally worst company ever!

These are cheap clothes all these reviews are fake. Polyester and threads everywhere. And make sure you read the return policy. Because without fail they won't give you your money back. Or be helpful WHATSOEVER!

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. The clothes are made of the poorest quality and cut. Nothing fits properly; a small is large and the large is small. Some items were paid for and never received. Trying to contact customer service is maddening. They talk in circles just so you finally give up. Which I did. Sadly, they won.
They are a company that spends their money on advertising and models. The pictures of the clothes are deceiving. Do not believe ANY of ther positive reviews. They probably wrote them themselves.

They will give you a line saying the item "is not available" after almost 3 weeks of waiting for it. Then, will lie about refunding the money back to you by claiming it has already been refunded. In fact, such a thing never happened. They even told me they emailed me about it.

When I think about it now, I suspect the item was never really available in the first place. There was no email to cancel the order, no confirmation of the refund, no updates, no details whatsoever. The dresses, if they even exist, are so well-priced, however they are almost always not available. It is a scam. Save your money and buy from a more reputable seller. You have been warned.

I purchased dresses from this website and i was just so happy when i got my packaged. They are so pretty and good quality too. The shipping was fast the fact the it was a free shipping. Price are very reasonable, really nice clothes and styles. The only thing that i was too satisfied was the customer service, but still they answered all my questions. So over all it was a great experience for me and i will definitely buy from them again.
