On its way back, our Customs House may and can detain it, then, it is really likely that we won't get it back. So, if that happens, it will be a great lose and bad thing for both of us. This webite leads you to believe they are selling authentic coach purses when in fact it's all knockoff products. I did not know at the time and put in my order. They then sent me a brown purse instead of a black purse that I ordered and when I proceed to tell them that they sent me the wrong color. THey said they in fact did not and the brown purse is in fact black. WTF. I know the difference between black and brown. How can they tell me what they sent me is black. It is absurd and I am very unhappy with them for leading me to believe the items are real and then for sending me the wrong color and not admitting to it.
They do not sell authentic Coach handbags in which they claim. The sell fake coach handbags.
