If you ask them to call to discuss an order they refuse to talk on the phone. They drop stuff off that they build and, even after sending multiple pics of what I needed, it is totally wrong! Then they don't want to take it back. Horrible!
I have personally ordered from Claflin many times for office medical equipment and they have an excellent customer service department and fast and reliable shipping. They have products for both medical offices as well as products for patients such as scooters. Prices are extremely competitive and often lower than what I have found else where. They have been in business since 1817 and are one of the most well recognized medical supply companies in the healthcare sector.
I placed an order online. When I called after 4 day the order was still "processing". The rep told me that will take 10 more days. I asked him to cancel and I got my call dropped.
I had to call in many times to convince them that I want that order canceled.
