Bring back the servers for me because i swear to god you will regret your entire existence if you don't. That photo up there is me to you.
I used to hate club penguin island but i was willing to move past that to see what was going on. And you let me have a taste and then you yank it away? Not cool dog. Not cool.
I'm so sorry you guys went bankrupt and mickey mouse shut you down but with this quaility i'm not suprised. This game feels like it's been deepfriend in milk, then fed to a family of 9 cows who died because of the absolute buffoonery that is this run down worthless piece of garbage. You deserve to be father than 6 feet under. You deserve the depths of hell for the sins you have committed. I hope you get shut down for eternity. I hope no one ever lets you see a shred of light again. I hope you read this, cry, then choke on your tears eternally because you don't deserve the peace of any afterlife. Not even hell. The people who had to give the game the final update should really fix this. I don't CARE that it's not your job anymore i'm telling you to. At this point just make me a whole new game and make it less stupid. I rather read ******* draco malfoy x harry potter fanfics than play this $#*!ing game. Even a literal 2 week old would cry at the sight of those wretched penguins. And the colour choices? Those are such EYEsores. Give me some good color and clothing options please. And give me something other than $#*!ing defendants i KNOW all the other disney stuff is still coded in game so let me have it.
I've hated this game since it came out for a reason, and even after it's shut down, it still continues to disappoint.

Well, it's another one of those chat-sites. But this time, you're a cute little penguin who waddles all over an island called Club Penguin.

I'll start off by saying the games are really fun. There are a whole lot of games to choose from. There are games where you make pizza, games where you unload trucks, and games where you make smoothies. The higher you score, the more coins you will win. With coins, well, I'll get back to that later. Anyways, I'm sure you'll find a game you love!

Back to coins. Well, if you don't pay for a "membership," coins are virtually useless. If you do pay for one, you can buy clothes and other stuff like that. You pretty much can't do anything cool without a membership, to tell you the truth.

The other "penguins" are normally ten year olds. Most are bratty and rude. Even more have virtual "boyfriends" and "girlfriends." Is this the type of thing you want to encourage your kids to do? Date virtual "penguins?"

In conclusion, the site is mostly bad. The only truly fun things are the games.

My kids love this website and they recently got me to play as well. I can tell you that it is completely safe for children as it is impossible for them to accidentally give away any personal information. There is a monthly fee of 7 dollars per account and if you have more than one child, they will both want their own account. You can let your kids play for free, but I can pretty much guarantee you that at some point they will be begging you to become a member. Club Penguin is smart in that unless you pay them 7 dollars a month you cannot get all of the "cool" virtual items like a big igloo.

Before I start, let me give you a small brief history of Club Penguin, when it came out in 2005, it was a good website, it was managed by its own company and allowed you to roam around an island as a penguin, however to obtain extra perks like specific clothes for your penguin and ore furniture for your igloo (your penguin's virtual home) you would need to buy a membership, but technically the site was free. In 2007, Disney Co. Took over Club Penguin, they took complete control over the game and thats when club penguin went downhill... disney wanted more money so they upgraded club penguin about 7 times and gave club penguin new AMAZING features, however these features are available only to members. Disney released club penguin TOYS, buying one allows a non member to purchase about 3 member items for free. To make a long story short, you can't really do much without a membership all you can do is talk to people and walk around. It isnt fun.

I know people are saying because Disney owns this site it is too commercial, but I like that Disney owns it as it makes me feel safe. I showed my kids this site about a month ago and then started paying the monthly fees. Now, I am forced to keep paying the monthly fees or my kids cannot access their "special rewards" and they might lose all of the money they made in the game. Seems a little bit like extortion to me, however the kids are endlessly entertained by this website and I would probably pay 10x as much to have them happy and in their rooms being occupied :) My 2 cent warning is, do not let them know they can go to the local Disney Store and actually buy real life clubpenguin toys unless you want to clutter your house with an endless sea of Puffles.

While this is my son's favorite website and a membership to this site was one of his birthday presents, I do wonder if they couldn't just give memberships away and instead just make money off of all of the club penguin toys they sell. The other present my son got for his birthday was a "club penguin" pet called a puffle. This is all he wanted; a puffle and a membership to clubpenguin. I will not pretend to understand his fascination with this website, but I do not that kids generally lose interest of any given toy after about a week, but this site has kept his interest for 3 months now, so they are doing something right.

CLUB PENGUIN CENSORED EVERYTHING I HAD TO SAY! EVEN REGULAR MUNDANE WOrdS! I JUST WANTED TO TALK WTIH MJY FRIENDS! WHAT HAPPENED TO THE FIRST AMMENDMENT HUH! DO U THINK UR ABOVE THE LAW CLUB PENGUIN! U ARENT GOD! U AINT WOKE U UNWOKE! AND WHAT HAPPENED TO EQUALITY FOR ALL PENGUINS! JUST BECAUSE MY FUR IS A DIFFERENT COLOR DOESNT MEAN I SHOULDNT BE ABLE TO GO SKATING AT THE SKATE PARK. THIS IS UNFAIR THAT THERE IS A CLASS SYSTEM! WHAT IF I CANT AFFORD A MEMBERSHIP! EQUALITY FOR ALL! AND I CANT EVEN PRTOEST THESE UNJUSTICES BECAUSE OF THE CENSORSHIIP!
