Very bad experience

They have a good free service to attract you and pay for premium services. Very bad experience. Terrible. They abused my Gmail, destroyed all of my files there, and did not refund and stole my money. The worst ever... Do not do the same mistake. Be careful.

I made a big mistake

I trusted and placed an order. I was satisfied with the free service. I was expecting to get a better service and good support for the premium service, but I made a big mistake. I never experienced such terrible support. According to their policy in the first days, I requested them to refund me, but they behaved to me with contempt. I do not understand how there are some people who like their services. Maybe because they only used free services.

I bought their Bulk Email Forward annual subscription. On checkout, they write "30-Day Money Back Guarantee", and then on their Terms of Service (https://www.cloudhq.net/terms) they write "If Customer enrolls in the annual billing plan, fees are refundable within the first 30 days of the Services. Otherwise, fees are non-refundable except as required by law."

These clauses gave me the confidence to try their service out for my use case, knowing that I would get a refund if it didn't work out. Less than 24 hours later, I realized this solution was totally broken (they get throttled for 24 hours after I forwarded 452 emails) and was forced to go with a different solution instead. When I emailed them about this and asked for my refund, they gave me a PARTIAL refund for 11 months and said I was responsible for paying the first month anyway because I had used their service above the free limits.

This is definitely illegal and extremely shady. There is no way I would have tried this service on their sketchy-looking website had I known that I would be paying for the first month no matter what. There is NO LANGUAGE ANYWHERE about how they will convert me to a monthly billing plan and only provide a partial refund. "30-Day Money-Back Guarantee" tells me you are going to give me all my money back, not some of it, within 30-days. I emailed their support team about this and they basically just told me to too bad, so sad. I NEVER agreed to be on a monthly plan.
