Company buys & sells closeouts. CLOSEOUTS= damaged goods, bad washes, bad fabric, merchandaside that does not fit true to size, clothes that real apparel companies will NOT put their names on. They will NOT refund you, but will only substitute for more BAD MERCHANDISE.
I have never had a bad experience with customer service. I order from them all the time... four stars because i got a hole in an item but besides that they are great and have brought profit to my business.
SCAM BE AWARE! THEY SELL FAULT PRODUCTS, LOW CHEAP QUALITY AN CRAPPY WITH HOLES, AND BAD MADE FROM CHINE! THEY ARE RUDE, STUPID CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY DONT ANSWER YOUR QUESTION AND END THE CHET IN YOUR FACE! BE AWARE, OR YOU WILL LOSE MONEY!
