WORST ONLINE SELLER EVER!. Throughout my years of online shopping experiences, this is the worst!

I ordered a total of 9 items. Last 2 weeks, I found out that they have not receive any payment from me when I HAVE ALREADY MADE SINCE 10TH MAY! I've talked to multiple support officers but ALL barely know English. They kept repeating the same reason - WE HAVE NOT RECEIVE YOUR PAYMENT! After 5 freaking days, they finally said that they misplaced the payment. HOW CAN YOU MISPLACED THE PAYMENT? And NO apologies received from them.

As of now, after almost a month, i have only received 2 dresses and I have yet to receive the rest. One of the staff told me that it will take one more month for the item to reach me (WHEN IT PREVIOUSLY MENTIONED 1-3DAYS UPON MAKING PAYMENT)!

And guess what, Customer Service Agent Helena & Jacky ignored my complaints after I asked them to solve this matter immediately.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE! They changed the link from www.wd.com to www.wholesale-dress.net to www.thinkcart.com and finally www.clothing-dropship.com!
