Posted a job to this job board and after noticing a second credit card charge the following month after the job posting expired, we attempted to contact customer service. Their site doesn't offer a phone number for billing or other questions and the contact us email bounces back. Eventually received a response from a help email. Discovered we had two accounts set up and employer job posting is supposed to be free. We requested a refund for the second month accepting our error in setting up the duplicate account as a "member" rather than employer. They refused to refund the second fee though acknowledging we never logged in to use the member account and had rude email etiquette stating how obvious it was that was free and how could our HR not be aware. Kept throwing their legal notice policy which is buried on their site in our face. Will not utilize this service again.

I have contacted "help" 3 times with no response.
No phone number, no names, who knows where they are located.
Avoid!
