ICard systems and iCard gift card are complete and utter scam. They took my family's hard earned money and never delivered. Not even an excuse!
Thank God the feds are helping us out now. Please call your local FBI to file your claim, as I hear we will all be reimbursed very soon!
1. It is like giving someone mind numbing work to do. The process to redeem is Horrible! It takes multiple steps and I still have not received my cards after 41 days.
2. Customer support is horrible. They tell you you are wrong and take no responsibility. Debbie did call me back to explain I was wrong and her staff was right.
3. Feels like a scam to collect money on items that will never be delivered
Was given a gift card from a friend... when I try to redeem online I get the message:
"Contact Support
Further review is required before your code can be redeemed. Please contact our customer service center for assistance."
Support literally NEVER answers their phone or returns emails.
This website is a total scam. RUN AWAY!
Glad I order card from this guys! Ordered a $100 gift card for my boyfriend birthday... And within minutes it was delivered! Bought what I needed the card for with no problems. Will certainly keep this site in my mind.
I Have not been able to get the card I want for over 3 months now. They don't have them after you choose and you don't know it till time pass and you don't receive an email. I have not been able to contact customer service by phone or email. You can't even leave a message for a call back. If I don't get a response within the next 5 days, I will contact the Better Business Bureau"
If they lose your gift card in the mail sending it to you like me, Good luck.
They want you to download a form and get it notarized. Then they want you to fax it to them.
After faxing my document to them from three different fax machines they still say they had not received it. The goal is to wear you down so you quit trying. Bad customer service. Dissatisfied customer here! Use at own risk!

wwww.icardgiftcard.com lists a large number of gift cards but most are usually out of stock but site never discloses that. Be sure to call *******180 extension 3 before placing redemption order to verify gift card you want is in stock. Otherwise your order will just sit unfulfilled forever. They do not answer e mails so better to phone. The Customer Service Center is open weekdays from 9am-5pm EST
