I had been going back and forth with CleverEve on a men's ring for a few months and was told that if I ordered through them I would get 20 percent off. Their price the ring I was interested in on Amazon.com was nearly $7,000.00 but on their website it was $4,660.00. A $2,400 price difference! So I was told I could get the ring at $3,674.00 for the inconvenience and when it came time to call and place the order with my credit card, I was told they had no idea what I was talking about and the best price I could get was $4,500.00 even and no less.

Talk about poor business practices. I was extremely disappointed. I would not recommend them from the perspective of integrity. Take the price differences between Amazon and their website as a fine example. Both sites still have the conflicting information posted as of current.

The website is very nice. I ordered a sterling silver pendant on 12/3. It was intended to be a Christmas present for my son. It was not shipped until 12/21 and delivered to the post office on 12/24. I was unable to pick it up because the post office closed at noon and my workplace did not accept mail on Christmas Eve. Very dissapointed in the shipping time and the fact that my son had one less gift to open on Christmas morning.
