I was not very pleased with the delivery experience. This item was for a disabled elderly person who lives in a apartment. I received tracking number 4/05/24 but the status never updated from "order not found" & was not able to plan ahead and have someone there to receive the package. I did reach out to customer service on 04/09/24 and received an update on 4/10 advising it would deliver 4/10. Luckily, the person who delivered was nice enough to place the package inside the door.

Purchased 10% neutral buffered formalin and some injection needles to create wet specimens. The supplies arrived quickly and were well-packaged, and the specimens turned out great!
