Often times, sales and/or discount codes are what lead patrons to the site. It seems deceptive when only 3 out of 5 items in my cart qualify for free shipping, therefore resulting in me still paying a shipping fee. If all items will be packaged in the same box(es) I assume, then why charge additional shipping?
The product always comes damaged with rolls missing out of the box due to the box breaking during the transportation.

It said free shipping but when I used a coupon it charged me the same amount for shipping as the coupon so in reality negated the coupon...
I sent an email with a question about our ability to place a PO for an invoice to be paid by check at a later date, as this was an option for us before. We were closed for almost a year due to renovations and did not have to order supplies. Now that we have started ordering again that option has disappeared. I got no response to my email on this and had to use my credit card to purchase the necessary supplies. This will not be the case next time and we will have to consider going to another vendor.
