I found the checkout page a bit complicated. I tried to automate a future delivery but discovered that I could not do so and use the free shipping promo code, because the automated delivery discount was considered a "code" and thus negated the free shipping. I may set up automation later if it does not cancel out future promotions on one-time or infrequent purchases.

Items often arrive damaged or taped in a way that renders some of the toilet paper products useless.
It's always a struggle to get my loyalty discount to work. I used to be able to ship anything for free with my loyalty program. Now it's a guessing game. And sometimes the code shows errors like "not eligible for this email".
No one can give an estimation on shipping time often leaving me without the supplies I need or way too many.

To order online is a nightmare, to pay is a terrible experience, sometimes to place an order you have to try several times because the system reports problems and all the info is correct and you can not process the order, it is very frustrated, you are going to loose tons of clients because of that, it is not easy order from you online. Also you charge $ 9.99 for each item shipped in the order and that is abusive. I wanted to buy the pads and a liquid to clean and the shipping cost was 19.99

Was willing to pay the high shipping cost if I could get the right product, but was shipped the wrong product, and all attempts (and there were many) have failed to reach C.Service rep. Photo shows what was received.

I ordered a case of 90 rolls when i received the box it was all tapped up in bad shape. I was missing 16 rolls and 6 were unwrapped.I've called and e mailed all i want is a fair amount deducted from my order for the missing product

Shipping is expensive and most of what I want doesn't qualify for free shipping. Prices are OK; however, shipping makes it spendy.

Company has the products on hand and they get here fairly soon.

Took long time to ship. A bunch of the boxes look like they took a trip through hell to get here. Some were so bad they had to be repackaged by FedEx.

I ordered what was listed as a case of 4 bottles of disinfectant. I thought the price was great so I ordered what i thought was three cases. I turned out that when I received my order, it was only 3 bottles of the disinfectant. Even when saw the listing recently, it still has the wrong information about the amount you receive.

A portion of my prior order was lost. The Toilet paper delivery is fine, don't order anything else because it might not be delivered and you'll be charged and not give a credit when your items never arrive. I've requested follow up on this lost package for months with no response.
