I've been using your website for a while and really appreciate the products/services you offer. However, I wanted to provide some feedback on an area that could enhance the user experience.

It would be great if the website could remember the items I've previously purchased, so I don't have to look them up each time I return. This feature would make repeat ordering much easier and save a lot of time.

This is my 1st time buying from here. And the interface of the website it great and everything works smoothly thanks.

Second time ordering although my items came in different shipments I was satisfied overall. I never received one of my items I ordered, but I think that was the shippers fault. Wasn't too big of a deal because I was overall happy with the rest of my items.

We did not receive our supplies and was charged once, and tried to reach customer service but there was no help from your end

Cleanitsupply.com provides quality products reasonably priced for large organizations. They often provide coupon codes for purchases and deliver in a timely fashion.

Had to create a new account with new email and password. Never received a reset of my password as requested several times

You have great prices on ivory copy paper. However I only gave you four starts because the box that the paper was shipped in was terrible. When I received the box of reams of paper the box was smashed and torn and some of the reams of paper were bent and torn. I kept it because I needed it. Maybe a heavier box would have been better because paper is heavy. Still going to reorder though.

Easy to order supplies during a busy work day, did it during lunch.

Easy website to use and account manager set me up with my account quickly.

If customers order by mistake and a return is started, complete and do not ignore and have PayPal to agree with u all because I do shop but that order was jumbo ca regular tissue and I deserve an apology and coupons for free shipping

I have tried to reply to the requests for delivery confirmation informing CleanItSupply that there are order discrepancies but I get no reply.
