It does'nsemuch of a perk to offer your loyalty cusrtimers free shipping if they spend a certain amount: you have had a similar offer n your website every time I have shopped. Having free shipping added automatically at checkout isn't so much better than entering the code myself. Offer free shipping (since you do to everyone anyway), with the chance to use one more code would be great

Our shipment was over a week late, and we made several attempts to contact the company via phone calls, voicemails, and emails throughout the week. One of us was finally able to speak with a representative for a brief moment before she hung up on him without answering any of his questions regarding our order. The delivery company also postponed our order multiple times and the whole experience left our large business in a stressful bind for several days. To this day, we've never been able to contact someone from CleanIt or had any type of response from the voicemails or emails we sent.
Original shipment was returned to sender by the carrier because it was damaged in shipment. When the replacement was received, one of the bottles had come open during shipment leaking about 1/3 of the contents. Needless to say the whole package was one big mess from the spilled soap. More care needs to be taken when sealing the bottles and packing them for shipment!
I will likely reorder again in the future in hopes this is just a one off issue?
I'm always skeptical ordering from somewhere I haven't before, but when the price is literally half of Amazon, it's worth a shot! And after I received my order in great time and just as described- I'm a happy customer!
