I was searching online for an ink cartridge, and I came across a company called CLAS OHLSON selling the product at a very reasonable price: £13.99 Here is the link: https://www.clasohlson.com/uk/Canon-PG-540-CL-541-Ink-Cartridge/38-4848 As you will see from the link above the page is set out with the same format as anything you might wish to buy from any online shop, but in this case when you click on the item there is no option to buy. So I phoned the Clas Ohlson Customer services and was told that in order to buy the product I would have to scroll down the page where I would find the product for £19.99 Under something called "OPTIONS" Also I was told that my description of the page did not exist. So I immediately sent over the link to the page that I was looking at. After receiving the link the Customer Service person still refuted my description of the page. So I sent him a screen shot of the picture but even then he still insisted that the item was only sale for £19.99. I told him that I wished to purchase the product for the price advertised of £13.99. He said that was not an option, and I told him that what his company was doing was unethical and very misleading. Clas Ohlson are certainly in a class of there own when it comes to advertising their products at one price and selling them at a another. Nathan Murray
