Are they a scam? - It wouldn't surprise me! They're certainly in another Clas - lower class! Their website is very misleading, and you cant purchase their products at the price they are advertised. For instance here: https://www.clasohlson.com/uk/Canon-PG-540-CL-541-Ink- Cartridge/38-4848 A Canon ink cartridge is advertised at £13:99 but is not actually available at that price. You have to scroll down into something they call "Options", and then pay £19:99. It's a company without any ethics or morality. Having personally spoken to their Customer Service department, I can assure you that not only are they in total denial of misleading their customers, but also seem to be quite smug about it.
