City Homes Inspection

We were hoping to buy a vacation house in Orange County, so in order to buy a house we needed a home Inspector to evaluate it for us. Being a stranger in a new town, I did not know where to turn, I searched over the internet and I was over whelmed. By Luck I called one of the real Estate Agents and she Recommended City Homes Inspection. They came in a short notice and detailed inspected the house, it took them at least 4 Hours, after 2 days they give me a 50 Page report about the property. We ended up not buying the home, the roof was 90% damaged and it have major foundation problem. Hopefully we will have a better luck next time.
