Have now used according to instructions three containers of VisiCrepe Body Balm. Has made no difference whatsoever. Also very expensive in New Zealand dollars especially as the containers were only three quarters full. Very disappointing. Won't be buying any more that's for sure.

Lip plumper just sticky thick lipgloss. Doesn't work. Sculpting creme rolls off. Return policy SNEAKY.

I did see a difference using the city lips plumper but I wouldn't say enough to warrant $35 for it. I received a coupon with my last order that said I had to use it within 2 weeks of receipt. To me that's not real customer friendly. For one, your products are NOT cheap, and for another who wants to buy something 2 weeks after you paid for the last item, especially at that price? My first order I began an auto ship but wanted to change the date - NO where on their website could I find a "manage autoship" to edit. I tried to use their 'chat' feature but a window said I had to wait 53 mins for the next rep. Because of that I'm going to cancel. The lip plumper is nice but not worth the money they charge. I'm now hoping I'll be able to reach them and cancel my account. I remember ordering something from them a couple years back and having trouble returning the item for refund as well. I have to warn potential customers that this company, no matter how popular their products are, are not customer friendly.

My experience with city lips is that it's a high dollar lip gloss. It's thick and shiny but my lips are not Fuller. I know I just started using it twice a day so I will give it more time.

I purchased the City Beauty lip plumper. It's basically a HIGHLY over-priced lip gloss. It is very thick and feels nice on my dry lips, but it did not effect the volume of my lips AT ALL!
If you are looking for a real lip plumper, this is NOT it! Good gloss, though, if you don't mind paying about $30-35 for a lip gloss.

I started using the body balm as the adverts were so convincing. Been using it for almost 6 months carefully following the instructions. Absolutely no improvement or difference and a total waste of money and time. Also took months to arrive but I put that down to the coronavirus. I would nor reorder or recommend.

I was excited to begin experiencing the effects of Citi products by starting with their lip plumping product but after using it repeatedly sad to say it did not do anything for me. Having had that experience I am very hesitant in trying any of their other products. Yes their ads and infomercials are very convincing, but I believe are far from the truth, I would not recommend their products.

I was very excited about this product in order to so I could leave one where I do my makeup in my house and the other to carry with me. However it did not live up to the expectations from what I read. I tried to contact them through email for either a refund or to send me two more to see if maybe I needed just to take the product a little longer. I got no response from them.

Have been using this cream for 2months and have noticed no difference at all.

I bought 1 sculpting cream and received the cream plus 3 boxes of a lip pump I do not recall ordering. I checked my bank account and had been charged an extra $87. I called City immediately and customer service was very nice and helpful. They emailed me a return form, which is simply a one page with their address and a blank space where you would write the item number, from your receipt, and include this paper in the box when you return it. They do not send you a pre-paid shipping label, you have to pay for shipping. I spent $11 on shipping via ups priority, but you can spend less with other shipping options. I agree with other buyers in this page, their tactic is horrible; when you are trying to check out you get a few popups and it is easy to click on something by mistake and add to your order, my mistake was to order by cell phone. I am wondering if I could have avoided it, if I had ordered on the computer. I honestly didn't see I had added anything at the end, I reviewed the order and did not see the extra $89. I was told I could open the unwanted lip product and try it, they return it for a full refund. I sent them back the unopened boxes instead. I thought it is a waste to open something so expensive and send it back! Buy the way, I have been using the sculpting cream for a week and do not see the difference. I am 60 and younger looking but have now fine lines over my upper lip, (not from smoking) but learned you can get those from drinking from a straw. And I drink smoothies. I will use it a little longer and see what result I get after a month. If this works will leave another review.
