Everything you'd expect from a good retailer. 4 out of 5 because 5 means it's the best ever, almost none should ever give a 5, unless they did something truly exceptional. Likewise, there should be a zero star option for companies that are intentionally ripping you off...

I have used the iron for a few jobs already and I am completely satisfied. The soldering tip that was supplied with the unit was too small in diameter for the holding arrangement. Fortunately, I order additional tips, which appear to be of better quality and fit snugly. The price is great. I would recommend it to fellow electronics folks.

I have been a happy customer for years now an I hope it stays that way. I rely on them for all my electrical needs. They have some very good items and they do not disappoint. He first time I may have had my doubts but after a while I realised that I was wrong to have doubts. It has been a great service all the way.

Unlike other stores that sell electrical items without actually knowing how they work, they happend to do and can answer all of the questions you throw at them to find out of the product is really worth buying or not. They are also always ready to answer calls which makes me like them more. Deliver is ok and so is the packaging.

Great service. I had some questions about the voltmeter that I wanted to order and I called them up. They picked my call on the first try and answered all of my questions. At the end of the call I knew what I wanted. That was some very good customer service. The delivered the item in a short time period and It is what I needed. Never been disappointed.

The CSI Premier worked as advertised out of the box. Time will tell how well it continues to work but so far, so good, especially considering its price point. Has more features than units costing much more. The one year warranty is not commonly found in this price range, with some of the competitors offering only 30 days which, in some instances, is not even enough time to verify proper operation. I like it.

This particular model of O-Scope meets all of my requirements and does so at a very reasonable price. The O-Scope was properly packaged to prevent damage while in transit and upon arrival there were absolutely no issues with it's condition. I have yet to have the time to begin the process of learning all the functions, but the few I have investigated are perfect. Job well done Circuit Specialists.

This is my second one of these (two different labs). I'm very happy with it. The reason for four stars is that the directions for assembly are pretty much useless. To figure out where stuff goes you have to go to the image that is on line at Circuit Specialists and look at the photo to assemble it.
The quality is good even when compared to units that cost twice as much or more.

I ordered a PC based oscilloscope late last week and it got here within 4 days. I am very pleased with the quality and care taken in packing and shipping this item. I also am happy with the product build quality and durability along with the small form factor. I could not afford a large, bulky standard oscilloscope, and this product opened up a new facet in diagnostic capability on my work bench.

I could tell that the scope had been returned. After using it for awhile I know why. It's the logic analyzer part. The connector area of the wire that goes in to the push clips were a little dirty. Probably because they don't stay on the push clips. I put 8 on and 6 fell on the floor. Also, there is no stress relief on the ribbon cable connected to the DB25. Maybe they should drop this model from their line.
