They are always prompt and always very helpful! They answer any emails promptly and in detail. I've had some bad experiences elsewhere, but this site is the best by far!

The customer service and follow thru is wonderful. I am very pleased with the shipping and follow up. They really work hard for you when doing an order. I have not done auto order yet.
