Don't order one unless you want one for this time next year. I tried to get one for a gift for someone else's birthday on 7/24, figuring that more than 2 weeks would be plenty of time - WRONG! I placed an order on 7/08/20. I contacted them on 7/17/20 because I still hadn't even received a confirmation of my purchase, although they did have my money. They "FINALLY" responded on 7/22 and said, "Unfortunately, we are out of stock on the chiliBLANKET at the moment. That is what is affecting shipping. There is no way at the moment to ship it out sooner. It is expected to be restocked in Late August". On the 7/25, they sent half of my order. I contacted them again on 9/08/20. They "FINALLY" responded on 9/11/20 and said, "I've just heard back from our fulfilment team and I'm happy to say that we've received our stocks and are adjusting our inventory levels. The team will push for shipping by the end of next week the most". It's now 9/27/20 and I still haven't received my order from 7/08. Note that when I placed my order, there was no mention of "out of stock". I'm about ready for a lawsuit.

I would love to test it out but I ordered their product and can't get them to send it to me. 1000 Dollars later I'm still waiting. If they can't send their product in a decent amount of time they should say so. Not happy with the wait times and the lack of service. Once they have your money they don't seem to care anymore. They sent a final email saying it would be shipped in 1 1/2 months which means it will arrive in roughly 2 months from the order date. If you want a product from them expect a 2 month wait time.

This mattress really helped my sleep at night - my wife and I own a foam mattress and anyone that has one knows that foam mattresses hold heat, which is fine during winter but not in the summer. The ChiliPad has lights that are on during operation, but if you put it under the bed as intended, the lights don't bother you at all. This product is exactly as described. All together I would highly recommend this to anyone. I was having trouble staying asleep because I was too hot through the night and now I sleep comfortably through the night!
