CHICUU is a total fraud. Do not buy from them. I bought three dresses 4 months ago and they have never arrived. I claimed numerous times and they only offer excuses in a bad Spanish. Be careful, they are thieves!

I knew about Chicuu from Instegram and I thought I'd tried it out. I after browsing their pages, I decided to place an other of Wrist Watch. The payment process was really a sketchy one. I got an error after placing my order saying the payment hadn't gone through but I got an order confirmation in my email. Two days after the confirmation message, I got another email saying the item I ordered for is out of stock so I gave up on them thinking I already got scammed of my money. Surprisingly, I got a call from the post office after 2 weeks tell me I have got a parcel to pick up from Chicuu and I got the watch.
Por ahora compras sin problemas, deberían mejorar un poco la atención de consultas. En un envío me enviaron un número de track internacional no reconocido por el Correo local. Consulte varias veces y nunca resolvieron la misma, por suerte el producto llegó aunque la demora fue mayor de la esperada.
