Some of these items are already damaged before opening the package, or are so thin and cheap they tear when you put them on. THey are not always what they advertise. In this last shipment I was missing 2 items. Shipping takes a little too long, but it's a gamble and you'll lose some money

Sure, the styles look cute but watch out for sizing and quality. It depends on how well their return policy is. I ordered like 5 things and two of them were solid keepers and cute. This is my first time ordering, if they don't have a good policy, with those kinds of odds i won't be ordering Again. If they do, I'll just take my chances and continue to order with them.

The process to return seemed a little difficult already but we'll see how the process goes.

Sometimes photos repeat too much and it's confusing. There are no XL size for all of the models. I had a hard time finding the right size.

For some reason when you go to do something it clears out your shopping cart, but then stores every cart in your orders pending payment. Very disturbing

I ordered 3 dresses however non of them fit properly. I figured returning the items and getting a refund wouldnt be a problem, however this was not the case. I was offered a coupon or 10% back instead as i was advised that it was not worth while returning them due to the shipping costs back. Hesitantly i accepted 20% back of a £52 order, but have now ended up with 3 mustard dresses i dont want.The process to raise a query regarding returning items is also not great.

Hi! Most things were okay. Got a couple short/jacket sets. Shorts are perfect. Jackets are huge. Shoulders fit but the mid section is just massive. Looked more fitted in the photos. I'll have to get them altered or chuck them out. The pinafore is absolutely gorgeous. The flannel shirt/dress with the elastic belt is great. The other flannel dress is an absolute monstrosity Looks like a wish item. I don't even know how to fix that to make it wearable, it's so frumpy and weird but one horrible outfit out of 5 isn't bad. The sizing and fit for everything except the jackets is spot on though

After waiting much longer than expected to receive my order I was disappointed to realize that the sizing on half of my order was WAY off and I won't be able to use them. I did end up with a few cute things that do fit so for the price I guess I can't complain but that old saying, "You get what you pay for" definitely holds true here.

Contacted customer service when order had not arrived nearly a month after the expected delivery date. Representative was very personable, apologized for the delay and assured me that my order would be shipped "as soon as possible". It still didn't get shipped out for several weeks, which I'm sure was out of her control

This is my first time trying this company, I have had no updates about my order and the USPS tracking number gives me no details about it either, this is really frustrating, depending on how this keeps going I can either receive my itens and if has good quality I will improve my review or I can, not receive/ receive bad quality itens and I will updates this comment.

Some of the clothes are stunning and worth the fair price asked... others really are crappy quality & not much like the pictures on arrival. My last order before this one cost me over £50 for 2 jumpsuits & neither of them have I EVER worn because they were vile on arrival. Ended up at the charity shop ‍. But that's the risk with buying online!

Love the selection but the return/exchange policy timeframe is too short and the size chart is incorrect. You are really taking a gamble when ordering from this site. It's either hit or miss. If you purchase something that is true to size based on the size chart then consider yourself lucky otherwise its an awfully frustrating experience; especially since it takes forever to receive your purchase(s).

Shipping took 2 months, not to happy about that. Not sure why it made so maybe stops before arriving

Great looking clothing items. I ordered a package June 27 I believe or it was the 29th two orders and I still have not received them. You guys have great stuff and I think that people will patronize you more, but it just takes way too long for the merchandise to arrive. Summer will be over by the time I get my stuff. Let no get into trying to rerun items! It doesn't add value to the consumer/shopping experience.

Sent email to change sizes of dresses in this order.

There was no customer service number and my email wasn't working at the time I didn't open up my package right away and only have 14 days to return to try to get bigger sizes so now I'm stuck with stuff that I can't wear a waste of money, Most places give you at least 30 days, Return /exchange process need to be simpler, And less expensive

The clothes that are advertised in the sure all look great and the price point seemed too good to be true, but fellow reviews put me at ease of the quality of the clothing for the price you pay. I bought a product only to wait a month because the product went out of stock after I had bought it. I likely won't return to the site because of this but I'm glad that the product I got holds together well.

The people I spoke to were nice and apologetic enough, especially when telling me my product was out of stock. It’s just a shame that it wasn’t clear that what I was buying wasn’t available.

However, when I decided to get more of the Overalls in a different colour.

I often come across this site and it always has pics of the cutest dresses. I have now given in to my desires two or three times at this point. I mean they're so cute right?!? Yes. But remember, this is not high quality fashion. Just received my final purchase. It looks so adorable, but sadly it's a tube top style dress and the elastic is barely able to stay on my chest. Now I have to pay to have some elastic put in it. It's also quite thin material in case you're thinking "yay no bra necessary". I knew better, so I'm just reviewing this in case you're about to buy that dress...

I really do not like shopping online but I needed a evening semi formal dress so I found you through Instagram. I was a little nervous about ordering but since pricing were reasonable I decided to try this company out and I am super satisfied with quality. The reason I gave 4 stars because it took a long time to receive the products!

These items are mediocre out of 14 item only 2 I was satisfied with and been kind the rest is garbage to give away or dump. Waste of my money. I received another order and suck not one outfit was worth wearing. I will never order from this company again. I will go back to shein with better prices at least so if not satisfy I did not pay so much. I have never given a review for a company b4 and trust me I am a chronic online shopper

I normally love everything I order from here but this last order everything was too big. The customer service for one of the products that ran out was terrible. I was offered my mi ey back but they literally said and did everything to not give it back to me. So I'm just like what the heck why offer then? This was definitely my last time ordering from them. Cool products but everything being to big was not okay for me and the customer service not giving me my money back was dumb.

They did not listen when I chose to have money back. They said and did everything else to not give me $15 back. Like okay keep it if it means that much smh.

The customer support team literally check you out after a few second if you are not answering and there is no option to live chat again-reload. WhatsApp takes ages. The quality of the 2 items out of 2 is fairly poor- synthetic and not as well designed. The boots I received were fabulous looking. So I loved them amd I love to keep them in the correct size as I received the UK3 instead the UK 5. Return options needs to confirmed before return - but nobody get in touch with me. Not sure overall if I'm happy with it.

Just okay was my first buy. Still not happy with the orange dress that was terrible fit and made. Tried to return but it wouldn't allow me. Totally waste of money.

This is my second or third attempt at ordering from Chic Me. Stayle and quality are unimpressive. Didn't bother trying to send back. The hassle isn't worth it.
