I bought my 3 items from you, very easy.
However, when I decided to get more of the Overalls in a different colour.
I have failed.

I bought an eye pencil. To be fair, the product itself is good.
HOWEVER. I bought a Pencil, without Sharpener for £20. Postage was £5. I agreed to this.
HOWEVER, when I looked at my Invoice. They had deducted £33.
I Did Not Agree to THIS so straight away I cancelled my order. Only to be told that it had Gone Through.
When I complained. TWICE. They told me that. Due to limitations, they were no longer able to cancel my order and was there anything else that they could assist me with? And a CONFIDENTIALITY NOTICE! I BE WARNED...
NEVER AGAIN.

With your prompt Delivery and Returns you have made Shopping On-Line for SHOES, of all things, a great success.

I would challenge anyone who said that Customer Service and On Line Chat, prompt to answer, day or night, and cheerful and helpful disposition was anything very Exemplary.
The whole Outfit (Matchesfashion) is very professional throughout.

I will DEFINITELY BE BACK VERY SOON.
