Claim Your BusinessCan't say enough about the great customer service and tech support! Helped me order the right parts to solve a nagging problem that I thought would require a costly repair from a plumber. Inexpensive cost for the parts, flat shipping rate to Canada, extremely fast FEDEX delivery, simple self-installation, problem solved. Highly recommend The Chicago Faucet Shoppe!
Spoke to customer service by phone and confirmed that the part I needed was in stock. I ordered the part online, it arrived a few days later and WRONG PARTS in package. Tech support (only corresponds by email) could not verify if they had the correct part in stock. They asked for a photo of the old part to verify if they had the part in stock. Attempted 4 times to verify the correct part. Decided I had wasted enough time, I returned for a refund. Now they are going to charge a RESTOCKING FEE? It's not that I changed my mind, they sent the wrong part! A "family run" business that makes it very difficult to feel like family!
I ordered a replacement side sprayer and cancelled order 5 days before it was shipped. They shipped it anyway after confirming my cancellation email and would not let me return it unopened and sealed. This is not satisfactory customer service. How many others have been stung by this policy. I would not recommend dealing with this outfit and would certainly find an alternative supplier. They get no stars from me.

Order the part same day charge from my account a never received the part even no response from emails.dealing the person one time in week by email a phone never work.never again with this company poeplo part is everywhere with better dealing stay away from them
Ordered a part from these crooks and when it arrived I opened the package and it was not the correct part. I called them and asked how do I return this and they told me that since the package was opened they would not take it back. Be very careful with these people!
I returned a long handle pullout faucet that I purchased thru you. I had the model number of the faucet and found through a search that you may have the part that I needed. I cannot remember how I found the part on your web site ( I believe I called your company - you do not keep records of phone calls) When I received the long handle faucet sprayer it was exactly the same as the one I had on the faucet. I put the handle on and it leaked, I took it off and measured the inside where the water came through and it was about 1/16 inch difference and that was why it was leaking where the two pieces meet to screw in. I had to replace the old faucet because I was no longer spending money looking for the part. Yesterday I went around and around with the women who said it was used and you could not return my money, If it is the pullout that you recommended and it did not work I do not see how that is my problem. I called my plumber to see if he still had the old faucet which he does not. He said that is crazy and the part is going to be thrown away any was.
Looked online for a part fro my grohe faucet. I found this part on my own using the navigation. I called to check stock and had my part in 3 days. I cannot express how easy this was. Thank you for the service. 36$ for the part and 20 minute installation saved me hundreds on a plumber. Highly recommend Chicago faucet shoppe
I ordered parts the first part of January, received confirmation via email---was charged---and am still... still... still waiting for my parts. They gave me no tracking number, so I have no way of finding out where my package is, or if it has even been sent. I have called and sent email... no response whatsoever. None. Terrible, terrible way to do business. Extremely frustrating.
I won't be ordering from this company again.
These guys sent a part (which is still sealed in its plastic wrapper) that was missing components which were obvious. I tried THREE times to get an RMA, and each time they kept saying that "the person that does that is not in". They have also failed to respond to emails. It has now been four MONTHS without any response on their part.
Charged card right away, web site said "in stock". Multiple calls, response was always "should ship in the next day or two". Two MONTHS later, got the stems. They did not fit. Were 11" long, web site says 12". Manufacturing defect, not their fault. But then they handled the replacement just as poorly. Each time I call, when I can get through, they say it will ship "soon". Today I asked for money back, they said it is against company policy, that defective parts are only replaced with correct part. Two months later, no part yet. Four months total, still dripping faucets. I understand the policy, but some time you have to break down and write the check to refund. It's not MY fault that you cannot deliver the part described. It may not be YOUR fault, but at some point you have to recognize a busted transaction and make it right.
Just try calling them! About 4/5 times, it rings once and then HANGS UP ON YOU. When you get through, sometimes mid-day it says "Call back in regular business hours". And when you get to a person, "We'll send you tracking information in the next day or so".
Run, don't walk, away.
If you want to have a nightmare or to be treated like an fool, you don't need to read further, just go ahead and place your orders with them. Good luck!
Placed a USD260 order for Dornbracht and Grohe spare parts on 05 Sept with this company and received nothing at all. My credit card was charged on the spot of order confirmation, and full settlement has been made. I couldn't remember how many email tracers I had sent but they just kept giving the excuses on the items were in backorder status. There's nothing they could do but asked me just wait and was no use of getting too excited! I just couldn't believe world class companies like Dornbracht and Grohe fail to give any feedback on their delivery plans. I did make enquiries before placing the order, I had never been informed they didn't have the items I needed in stock either. 6 weeks have passed, still nothing. I got annoyed and requested for the order cancellation and asked them to treat their customers fairly and in an honourable way. Got the reply that they would ship out my order on the same day and they promised they would see to it happened. So waited, another 5 days were gone, obviously no shipping details, order was still pending in their system. The whole case has become too suspicious that top-notch companies like Dornbracht/Grohe would fail to give any delivery schedules for an order that was placed more than a month ago? I therefore got in direct contacts with both Dornbracht and Grohe, and the shocking news was that they both confirmed that ChicagoFaucetShoppe is NOT one of their authorized dealers! Now no wonder why they could not ship out my order nor giving any delivery plans they just simply wouldnt get hold of the items directly from the manufacturers! The so called back-order status was just excuses and was totally rubbish! This is outrageous, I therefore wrote to ask for an immediate order cancellation, and I would initiate a chargeback process with my banker against them. A quick reply from them saying my order was then cancelled and was deleted from their ordering system. They mentioned since I have initiated a chargeback process, they will deal directly with my banker on the refund and will not respond to me any further! Now, who knows if they will really issue me a full refund. Afterall, why couldn't they just do it straight away and give me all the money that they have taken from me for nothing! I want my money back, no questions ask!
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with! They just use the dragging strategy on their customers for items that they can't deliver. They treat their customers as idiots by blaming everything on the top-notch companies in the plumbing industry. An absolutely not trustworthy and dishonourable company! A nightmare! Be alerted!
I will report this case to both Dornbrachts and Grohes US offices as well as to their German HQs for an unauthorized company is claiming to be able to supply their products but actually could not. Such business behaviour is putting their hard-earned reputation at risk!
Unlike most websites -some of which don't even list phone numbers... They answered my call, my questions and helped me identify the part I needed. The Grohe part was correct and at a fair price. I would use them again
Promised three day shipping. Turned out that was three days to get around to shipping once they located the product. Then another week for actual shipping. Actual time was 30 days. Quite along time to deal with a malfunctioning toilet. After three weeks I email for status. Four days later I got an email telling me they were planning to ship it in the next few days. They have an oppressive list of rules and charges, exceptions, policies and terms.
I tried this place out because they had a hard to find part. They had it in stock and shipped it right away. The price was discounted from the retail price too. I couldn't believe how easy it was with them. They also helped me over the phone and verified what I needed. Would do business with them again and have added them as a favorites on my browser.
