Did not receive my order and no tracking updates. Terrible service

Same dress shown throughout shopping pages, with a max of only two color/print options per page. So I needed to peruse entire store to find color/print option I wanted. PayPal listed as a purchase option on site page, but not available when I checked out. Item now out of stock, yet shown continually in my feed on Facebook as available. This is exactly why I don't trust businesses unknown to me and would rather purchase through Amazaon.

This is my first order on this websight. I hope it is shipped on time with beautiful clothing that looks like the pictures! My 3 items arrived in a small plastic bag and were so wrinkled. I am sorry I need to return all 3. The quality wasn't what I expected, was not flattering at all on me.

Placed my order last Thursday paying 23.99 for expedited shipping. Its 5 days later and I have yet to receive a reply or tracking #. Total 140.00. Wanted dress for an occasion. UPDATE: Customer service did respond and one of the dresses was sold out. I was asked what replacement I would like or a refund and ship the two others. I sent an email pic of the dress I wanted as the replacement. I received a tracking #. I will post my final review and update my rating after I receive my shipment. Recv'd 2 dresses today and they fit perfectly and as pictured. Very nice material in my opinion. Waiting on one more dress. As promised my dresses were delivered within 7 days ( WORK DAYS).

Couldn't clip the coupons - very hard to navigate. I expected higher quality fabric based on the prices. I used the size chart but the items didn't fit.

The dresses I ordered are beautiful. Customer service responds very promptly to any questions you may have.

I still have not received my dress nor given me a refund for the shirt that you say you don't have in stock, and will not be restocked, but yet it's still online, which is false advertising.

NEVER use this company. This company is a scam. After charging my credit card they informed me, only because I asked about the status of my order, that the item is not available, no longer in stock and won't be replaced. Yet, you still have it for sale on your site.

I believe this transaction deserved a negative star score. I will never purchase anything from this company again. Worst apparel I have ever experienced.

I had no phone number to contact your company to fine out were was the dress. It was a gift for my granddaughter or Easter

I ordered a dress from them and immediately decided against it. I canceled and received email from them the refund was processed and I'd see it in 3-15 days. It is not 23 days and no refund was made.

Fraud company! Don't Buy from Them.

Will be reporting to Federal Trade Commission and Consumer Protection Agency.

Ordered 2 dresses. Paid nearly $30 for expedited shipping to arrive in time for a special event. Never received ANY confirmation of shipping or expected delivery Never received merchandise nor ANY communication about my order & the special event has passed. I'm requesting a $93 credit to my credit card. I don't need or want this merchandise.

Website had a lot of selections. I have not received my order. More concerning is that, after 10days, I have received no email communication about the status of my order.

So far very easy with orders. Received the summer dresses and not what I thought I was supposed to get.

I received my dress pretty quickly. It was easy to order.

This fabric of this dress is a wrinkled mess. And there is so much fabric in the skirt that it is not at all flattering. The top of the dress looked pretty online. It would have looked so much better as a shift than this voluminous dress.
Also, the shipping took almost three weeks with no shipping updates or reasons for the delay.

When I pressed to order, your site said there's a problem without specifying what. I had to try it three times before it went through. It gives me a very uneasy feeling about your website. Update: my order went through and my dresses arrived in a timely manner.

Liked the variety of clothing however, I have not received my order and when I have sent emails trying to find out why I have received no response! Tough lesson to learn as I am now out $125.00!
