I had to file a fraud claim with my Visa card in order to get my money back. I will be filing a report with reportfraud.ftc.gov. This is a fly by night, scammer company that just packed up and left their location at 630 New County Rd, Suite 3, Secaucus NJ *******. Cherieday gave me this address on a Friday for my return and by Monday when my package arrived they had packed up and left according to the FedEx representative that called me. FedEx told me they have 100s of boxes of items that are now undeliverable. Everyone has to pay to have their boxes shipped back or you have the choice to have FedEx discard them. I think FedEx also said they gave me a bogus phone number. So, buyer beware! You won't be able to mail back items and get a refund. I was not even able to get a refund for the out of stock items they did not mail to me.
My dress was too big and you can only communicate through emails. I paid $37.68 for my dress. I wanted to return and receive credit on my credit card. 1st email from CherieDay - wanted to refund $10 to my CC and offer me a $38 gift card and keep the item. I refused. 2nd email - they would issue $23. Refund to my CC in 5-15 business days and I could keep the item. It's been 15 business days and no credit refund. Return policy: We currently are unable to offer free returns service, so the return shipping must be made at your own cost.
Remember to give us a tracking number within 7 days after you receive the return address we provided. Otherwise, we are afraid that we will not accept returns and no refunds.
3. We are happy to refund the price of the item/s you returned (not including the original shipping fee as we had shipped it) after receiving the parcel and checking.
So, to ensure a successful return, please return via a standard shipping service that provides tracking number/ service. I decided returning the item and with me having pay for the return and the hassle of the return was to just take the $23. Don't buy from this company. Very poor quality and too much time to spend on a $38 dress that wasn't worth $5.00.
I bought a dress and it looked nothing in person like it did on the ad. The material was cheap and the colors were not the same. The company offered me an $11 refund for a $49 dress! This company will be out of business soon!
Don't waste your money. I received a top that was torn along one side and the quality in general was awful.

Well, I've tried two times to inform this business I still have not received it. I can't give a review of my order, but I'll be surprised at this point if anything will make me happy. I will not order again from here, and i will give them until Monday and will be canceling my order.

The dress I bought was poorly designed and did not fit. When I tried to return it, instead of getting return instructions, I got a slew of messages suggesting ways NOT to return it. Needed some help and couldn't figure out how to apply the discount code. Maybe you can help me with that. I had difficulty placing the order. It took me approximately one month to finally get the order through. Recently I completed the purchase four times, but got the message that none went through and that I should replace the order. I was surprised when I did receive the order. I actually contacted your customer service to make sure I didn't receive more that one order of five dresses and that I was not charged for more than one order. I have not checked my bank statements yes.
