Chef V

I ordered a three day cleanse. Was supposed to be delivered on March 1st. It never came. Sent emails asking where my order was and never received a response. Called 2 times and the rep said he would look into it and get back to me. No response. The only response I have gotten was when I commented on social media. They claimed they had responded. Very disappointing company and horrible customer service.
I do not recommend!

I ordered the three day cleanse, and the first day was a bad headache and bloated, then the second day woke up, very bloated and retaining a lot of water so I looked at the ingredients and the sodium in the soup is terribly high and unfortunately I have a sensitivity to sodium. I contacted customer service and they told me sorry it's posted on the website. Very disappointing because I did not get the results. I was hoping for and what they claim their fame to be. I asked for a refund and they said sorry. Now I went backwards and gained weight instead of losing weight.

I eagerly anticipated my first delivery and was excited to find it delivered!

However…the delivery did not contain all of the items that were supposed to be included. I called customer service, but no answer. I had read a handful of bad reviews that cited delivery issues, but I thought that living in NJ (where one of the two Chef V kitchens is located) would minimize the risk of delivery snafus. Unfortunately, I was wrong. They did get part of it to me on time as promised, they just didn't get enough of it to get started.

As they had failed to meet their end of the bargain from the get go, I opted to request a refund instead of corrective action. Would I really want an error like this to occur while I was part way through the cleanse? No, I would not. At that point I'd be on the hook for full payment. That's why I opted to cancel right away.

Let's face it, Chef V is an expensive program. And maybe it would have been worth it, but who knows? If they can't get the product to you as promised, how would you ever know?

Two thumbs down. 1 star. Much, much disappointment.

To their credit, they agreed to my refund request and canceled the remainder of the order.

I truly wish I'd gone with a different supplier, because I really wanted to do the cleanse. I'm going to search for a company with a better delivery reputation than Chef V.
