BBB gives them an F rating. They buy substandard kit and will NOT return your call for help. Do not buy from them. Look them up on BBB. It's the same story from everyone. Sound nice on phone for sales. Then you are on your own after that.

This place is horrible a rip off and sells junk, they roped me into a fridge repair agreed to $1150, never paid, don't answer emails, hang up phone, the customer got screwed waited too long to dispute the charge because they strung him along, the equipment is built so cheap and its just junk, the owner offered to pay me to finish the job, the parts are chinese, unavailable, cant figure out who factory is to purchase coil direct after replacing compressor on a brand new unit. This is 6 months later and they are just a worthless scam company. Going on site jabber next, they intentionally ripped me off and the customer. I wish i could post a negative score you can tell reading the good reviews they are just done by the company with fake reviews, no one gets good equipment or service, they wont last
