2 mowers 1 broken out the box other broken after 2 weeks won't refund without fight
They damage and fake the mower issue just to get out the refund billing they for my time building and packing up faulty products second mower game no instructions how to pack then blame. Customer for how it was in the box jokers done use them and please spread the word

Speedy delivery of my new Allett lawnmower. They had the best price I could find online. Quickly helped me resolve a minor problem i had with fitting the scarifier unit. Will use again.
I bought a petrol mower from this website, mower came with speedy delivery however instructions were so bad and I believe a bit of plastic is broken on one part of the mower and a cable was not fitted with no instructions of where to put it, e-mailed to explain took days to get back to me I answered thier questions but still got none of mine answered and waited another 4 days for a responce but they had clearly not read my email and once again did not answer where to put the cable, i rang and e-mailed again was told mower should not of come to me like that but no real help with resolving issue they did send a couple of photos to show how it should be, I still believe plastic on cable is snapped so hindered me in achieving the photo they sent, I spent ages figuring the issue that they themselves said should not have been part of the build process. Instructions very poor, now set up the mower seems perfectly fine and cuts nicely, I sent a photo to confirm id set it up propely before adding petrol and before I started it up but still no responce over a week on. Customer service crap basically.

We ordered a set of tines a month ago for next day delivery. Promised on 3 occasions that they would be delivered on a certain date and specifically waited in on the date promised, but on that date, a text message saying 'possible delay, may not get delivered today'. Contacted Cheap Mowers on 9 occasions, promised calls back to update us - not one call made to us! Absolutely shockingly bad service - never had anything like it since buying online with other companies over the past 10 years.
Have had to call them again this morning, because, again text message saying 'possible delay, may not get delivered today'. Spoke to Angela who went to check on things and she did phone back! Only to say that they expect a delivery in the next week or so. This is after us being told 3 weeks ago that they had received the delivery on the Thursday and we would have the tines on the Monday. This company lie through their teeth and do not offer a good service in any shape or form. I have now cancelled the order and have asked to be refunded

For the record, the first mower was returned to the manufacturer for inspection, no fault was found and the lawmower worked fine, this mower is being credited in full. The second mower was returned from the customer with no internal packaging and in a dreadful damaged state. Update 17/06/21 - Customer did not use any of the internal packaging as supplied with the mower.
