My first order was good with some damaged / inconsistent items. However, they are only willing to provide a 10%-20% refund on these items, instead of replacing them with new ones.
Second order was terrible with so many missing items and the dress that I bought was so different from the product photo (which was said to be the actual product image). When complaint, I was told that there are bound to be inconsistencies in their production. However, it was obvious that the chiffon layer (which is the first layer on the dress) has been missed out somehow. No replacement and another small 20% refund and was asked to sell to customer at low margin to get it off my store?
Overall, you can still purchase from them but be prepared to lose some cash on damaged / inconsistent products...
