My wife and I take a yearly vacation with one of our daughters and her husband. We have used CheapCarribean Deal of Fortune several times and each one has been a great trip and such a value! We love the email when they disclose your trip and we have a reveal party to celebrate. So much fun!
Our last experience was a Secrets resort that was beyond great. The food was the best we have had at an all inclusive and the resort was so much fun.
Having booked a vacation in Cabo San Lucas through Cheap Caribbean, we were worried when the town was badly damaged by a hurricane. When we called Cheap Caribbean we had to wait, call back several times, before we were able to speak with someone who could help us. Not only did they change our resort and airline reservations to another city, but we also received a refund check. All these changes were allowed because of the hurricane. We will try them again.
