All I can do is find every site to review your company and give an honest account of my experience. For a few tokens you have a pissed off and lost a customer. The 300 tokens were taken out separately. WHY? I signed up for 3 months of support, not 6 months

Please avoid buying token here...The supporting service in this site that I think operate in some place in Europe is so rude, inattentive and hungry for any accidental tokens purchased! They don't give A single dime back and all investigation come back as normal trend! They also ban you if you complain too much! The video quality of most streamers also is so bad! The supporting team just collecting money because they think they have nothing to lose and have already got enough popularity! What a mistake for me!

Past month, models have been treating me like $#*! as directed by moderators or who I call eye un the sky. Be careful buying tokens. Chaturbate will ban, limit, freeze your account without notice or explanation. They will steal your tokens.

In recent years, I have seen that there is an incidence of undue charges not only on this site but also on others.
In a private session you pay and not the model or the website.
In other words, in a simple private session there was no charge other than the session with the model and now they are charging.
This is abuse!

Very rude models. Sites like J4Sex.com turn out to have drastically lower prices because models don't waste your time in private rooms. The majority of them just do what they agreed to without further bla-bla-bla. They are not interested in just "one and done", they want you to like them and to be content with their performance, so they are really trying hard to impress you. Chaturbate models are the complete opposite – lazy, rude and scammy. They demand tipping and report you if you don't tip them. Quality is gone from Chaturbate. Models are gouging prices but they won't do what they promised.Why pay money for this crap?

My experience with Chaturbate was a mix of positives and negatives. The website is probably the most beautiful video chat as far as I know. The interface is great, the commands are user friendly and easy to find. Beautiful models from almost all types.
The worst part is the customer support which is almost inexistent. You have only some predefined common issues and you can create a service ticket based on them, but you will receive only predefined automated answers which won't solve your problem. If you insist with reply on the same ticket and say that the predefined answer does not solve your problem, you have to wait many days and send reminders in order to get response back and very often the response is inconsistent or does not respond exactly to your problem.
There's no support by phone or by live chat so you may wait many days for an e-mail answer.
Notice: there are rabbit tippers in some models rooms which get payed back by the models after tha chat session is ended. They tip only for encourage the other tippers to do the same, but in fact they are the bosses from the video chat studio on which the model belongs to. These models in general are not doind anything special for tips, they don't get undressed, they don't play with toys, they don't do what's specified at goal when it's reached.
