I have a simple question for CD's users. I am aware of this expensive and useless game and I take it just like a game. I bought some credits just for my curiosity. Let's not consider the usual and clear amazing beautiful scammers, who contact you first, are always online, make crazy blablabla about love at the first sight and so on... we all know that:-) but I have chosen two "quiet" profiles and sent my first emails. The first never replied. The second has a "strange" behaviour and I'm not sure about his/her nature:-D found "her" online ready to chat only twice in a month, one by chance during our working pause; the second after a night appointment; "she" takes days and days to reply my letters; in her replies "she" remembers tiny details about my words. Is it possible that true profiles are mixed with the tricky ones? Is there a possibility over a million that I am corresponding with a "real" girl? I start having some doubts... thank you in advance for you opinion;-)

I have been on this site for more than a year and in that time I have spoken to a number of woman. It became apparent to me that one of the women that I was taking to was not who she claimed to be. So I did a simple image search using some of her pictures and google. It turned out that the pictures were of a minor Russian TV star and so I made the site aware of this fact, but they simply made excuses. So I did a little more research and quickly identified another 8 women, that were clearly scam artists, in spite of the fact that website claimed to have confirmed there identities.

To illustrate my point, just before I came on to this site, I checked pictures from 3 women on Charmingdate.com at random and one was easily identified as a scrammer. Maria (Profile ID: C*******) is actually Charlotte Springer a British Glamour Model.

My recommendation is simple 'STAY WELL CLEAR' and spend your money elsewhere.

Yes, this site costs money to communicate with the ladies...what did you expect from a Chinese-run company? This is not like some eHarmony/Plenty of Fish scam, where they lie about using some algorithm to pair you with the perfect match. You ACTUALLY have to get to know your lady, and that takes communication.Once the six-month trial period has ended, you are able to request contact info for your lady (full name, address, phone number, email address) and you can free yourself of the burden of CharmDate's outrageous costs. You don't need to spend $399 for a boatload of credits, unless you plan on emailing several times a week, chatting for several hours at a time, and using the call service.
As for the latter, I would advise against using their system for phone calls, as you can use up your credits very quickly...this is how CharmDate (run by Qpid Dating, a China-based company) really makes their money. Be smart, use your head (not the "other" one!) and you just might find true love...and it won't cost you an arm and a leg!

Because of Charmingdate.com I am now engaged! I met my now Fiancée Kristina in Düsseldorf when she flew from Södertälje to come meet me, we had been speaking online for a few months and after really connecting on a personal level we met each other. In reality there are hundreds of lovely looking ladies all apparently looking for Mr Right?. You read that men from the Ukraine treat women with a lack of respect and that due to a shortage of realible men ladies from the Ukraine are now looking to the West to find their ideal man?
All good you may say?. Add the fact that ladies who are quite often 20 years younger than you give the impression that they view age as a number only?
The truth is you can contact these lovely ladies and have some nice chats, you may even believe that they are really interested in meeting you?
Here is the twist... you have already spend a reasonable amount of money before its fairly obvious that you will never exchange phone numbers, email addresses and you will never ever meet in person?
Sorry but that's fact... do yourself a favour enjoy the fantasy, we all sometimes need that, but don't get financially sucked in?

Someone somewhere is making a huge amount of money out of you... don't let that stupidity continue?

Just joined CharmDate.com for the first time. I had been in a relationship with a Russian girl. I already like what I see. I am hoping there are good things ahead.

I found this website by chance but it is the best thing I have done. I have found friends and potentially more. The future is exciting and full of promise. I really think this is a great site.

The service price is not that low, you guys should think twice before placing your first order as the women are soooooo cute that you cant stop thinking of her.

Charmdate is a very nice site. It has hundreds of beautiful women who are eager to meet men.
I wonder sometimes how many are real since many reply about your profile that does not have any of what they say in it. Many will state they are in USA only to find it is not true.
When your new on the site you will spend a few $100 dollars or more and possibly $1000's to send messages or chat. Before you realize that you cannot exchange telephone numbers, email addresses, text etc. The telephone calls that you think you maybe able to do it, forget it the quality of the voice and connection is horrible and broken. To obtain the contact info of a lady you must send her at least 10 messages and then pay approx another $300 -$400 in credits to have the site give you the contact info and only if the lady approves it. Now remember this is a business and the sincerity of the ladies maybe questionable since the site lets the communicate for free and the ladies are paid to generate men purchasing credits.
The site is run like a Communist Country all communications are reviewed and sensored prior to the lady or yourself receiving any communications. You may also wonder how a lady with only high school education or only 20 years old is a Doctor or Lawyer. Most all pictures are Photo shopped but some are not. Good luck.

I recently visited Kiev to meet one of the women on Charm Date. We had been chatting/exchanging letters/talking on the phone for just about two months. I decided to go over to the Ukraine and meet her. It cost 139.00usd just to set up this cupid date. It was to include a date with the woman and an 1 1/2 hour with an interpreter. I didn't know why we needed an interpreter because she spoke good English on the phone. So the day of the date came and I went to the restaurant. My date was waiting with the interpreter. Much to my surprise my date all of a sudden didn't speak any English. As well she smoked but on her profile it said she was a non-smoker. So then the interpreter says you owe me 30.00usd for an hour. The going rate for an interpreter in the Ukraine is 10.00-12.00usd an hour. When I questioned her that the agency told me the 139.00 fee included an 1 1/2 hour she called me cheap and very rude. I laughed at the whole thing, got up and left not paying the interpreter a dime. I waited outside of the restaurant for about fifteen minutes to gather myself and process what had just happened. Next thing I know, there was my so called date holding hands with another man which I found out later was her boyfriend! Stay away from the on line dating sites and find an agency to meet real women!

It is a SCAM NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ITS ALL ABOUT GETTING THE MONEY.

The rules are you need 10 correspondence to inquire to get a ladies phone number? Or email? And this is not promised. IT TURNS OUT THAT THE LADIES ARE IN ON THE SCAM AS THESE LADIES ARE OTHER SITES DREAM MARRIAGE, ANASTASIA etc... these LADIES ARE MAKING A NICE LIVING ON THESE SITES!

The number of genuine women on this site are in the minority.

In over two years, and after spending a couple of thousand dollars, I have not succeeded in successfully exchanging details with a single lady. There are ALWAYS problems at the last hurdle. Either the phone doesn't work, the internet is broken, she has to visit her auntie... you name it.

It has its fair share of scam artists. One woman claimed to be a dermotologist. I knew more about the subject than she did. Another claimed to be a cosmetologist and was a bit evasive when I asked her where she worked. When she told me, I checked out the place. They had never heard of her.

Two ladies have refused accept my FB friend requests because they prefer to communicate through the web site where you have to pay for everything.

One more thing. Why DOES it take the agency up to 2 days to 'process' some letters? What exactly are they 'processing'?

So, I have learnt how to sort the chaff from the wheat.

(1) Insist on setting an early date for a meeting. Avoid those who won't commit
(2) Avoid those with erotic/revealing pictures
(3) Avoid those who start to 'darling' you after the first letter
(4) Avoid those who keep changing the subject just to keep you talking
(5) Avoid age inappropriate women
(6) Avoid those who are on-line at all hours of the day

Make no mistake. These women get paid, maybe not DIRECTLY by Charmdate but certainly through the agencies.

I really liked this site, didn't notice that girls are scam agents who write you fake letters like someone wrote in previous review, some of the letters were very deep, precise in their details and sincere. I could see authencity in them. Now about exchanging contact information, there is no way you can do it in the letters but it's possible to request information from the lady after few months of correspondence with her. It's not cheap but really worth it as there are many quality women on this site. The lady I have been communicating didnt disappear and we continue our communication in private settings. It took me a long time to request her information but I don't regret it. Someone wrote that ladies lose interest when you finally get their contact info, but I just think it can happen to anyone, on any dating site. Not easy to sustain long distance relationship without a real meeting. Its possible to meet real & serious people on this site. Just avoid ladies who show signs of "scam" - ignore your questions and don't discuss possibility of real meeting and communication. Most of the women on this site are very real and they are the ones who are behind the profiles and communicating with you. There are several scammers as well, mostly young girls sending very seductive sex offers in the chat. Many women can speak English without translator and are very educated. If you have doubts in your lady the best way to clear them is to meet her. Ukrainians do not need visa to travel to Europe anymore so it's more easy to organize meeting.
