If you come into contact with Josephine Lenhart, you're done say byebye to your so hard earned money. Sent them the money via Skrill but never ever received the PayPal equivalent. Unlike anyone one I am fighting back and already filed my complaints with econsumer and internet crime report center and won't let them win so easily

This is a scam company and website. Stole from me money. After they receive the money they stop responding. They try all the tricks. Use https from cPanel Inc. Have many fake reviews from fake users on here on Trustpilot and other sites to gain trust. They ask you not to let Skrill, Neteller or other services know about the transactions. The company should be stopped!
I wanted to exchange money from Paytm to NETELLER I paid money at 15/02/2024 4 days over still no response from them still it's showing process they are not even replying for my mail or in live chat, they used to reply before I pay money but after paying money not even replying in live chat totally scam don't pay ur to this scammers $#*!ers and loss ur money even i have attached screenshot
Sent money to transfer from skrill to visa. Was promised 40 minutes to 4 hours maximum. Its 3 days and nothing at all. Website just shows processing. No reply to my emails (over 12emails). Live support doesnt reply.it seems they identify your devise or ip address and doesnt reply once paid. BIG SCAM. AVOID.
They took 880 euros from me. I will be contacting skrill and econsumer site. The Finnish police also helping me. Luckily, I have all the screen shots on file from our chatting. They says moneys tranfers 40min -72h, but money never trasfer! They block your IP-address and not answer you chat or emails. Don't make money transfers to them, they will steal them from you!
I exchanged 85€ from Skrill to Western Union and nothing until now. Just processing in day 6. I have emailed them many times, even in Live chat and nothing. When you need Skrill account to make the payment they answers in seconds, when you have problems they dissaper.

Hello everyone, before i start using changebuz.com i read some positive reviews and i trusted them. After 1 months of working, i got paid and sent the money from skrill to changebuz and never recieved it, now i cant even access the website. Its a big SCAM. I think all the positive reviews are fake. DON'T USE IT
They have excellent customer service and the exchange was quick and easy. I would definitely use them again. The best part about the entire experience is that I got a really good exchange rate. There was a small fee to use the service, but it was worth it, especially because the fees are much lower than the other services I've used in the past.
They are just scramers. All action in this site is just not real. Scenario is the simple. First they say that create a deposit then gives their account, and you send money to them. They say that max 72 hours is enough to complete the transaction, but as a result nothing will be happen.
They take my money and never exchange or return the money... avoid and report them everywhere. They do not answer me any more

These people promise to make a trade that never happens. They created a network of positive comments made by themselves which are mixed with the real reviews and scam notices.
They claim to be based in the USA and have been mentioned by even the New York Times which is false.
If you do accounts, it is not possible to make a transfer to Paypal with the commission they charge since Paypal charges up to 7% of the transfer so they cannot make a profit. It is clear that the transfer to Paypal is false.
Note that Skrill does not refund which makes it the perfect medium for them to scam..
