Along with Skrill being impossible to use, Changebuz was recommended to convert your funds over to be used for the services you originally intended, but since skrill makes you deposit before verification, no customer support and no way to use your funds, your find yourself stuck in another $#*!ty app. So i just registered for this Changebuz to unite criminal ties and see if they can make a transfer of funds together, I sign up, and to my surprise it tells

I wanted to exchange Paytm INR to Skrill EUR. I made the payment of INR 6800 ($85) to their Paytm account *******555, on 2nd June 2023. On chatting with Josephine Lenhart from their Support Department, I was informed that the exchange would get processed within 40 mins. It did not get processed. I was told the delay was due to weekend holiday, and it would be processed in 72 hours. That did not happen. I requested for a refund 8 days later. They said the refund would get processed within 48 hours. The refund didn't get processed either. ChangeBuz doesn't respond to my chat anymore. All of the orders listed on their website would show as "Processing" at the bottom of their homepage, meaning none of their orders get completed. They are 100% scammers, they block your IP address after you make the payment and stop responding to you. They do not respond to any of the negative reviews on Trustpilot either. I would advise against using ChangeBuz to exchange currency, because you will not get your money back.

Update: Mila Dean from ChangeBuz mailed me after I posted this review, offering to process my refund, but only if I delete this review. They made it clear they will not refund my money till I delete it. It is evident that ChangeBuz are scammers, and they will not refund your money under any circumstances.

They are just scramers. All action in this site is just not real. Scenario is the simple. First they say that create a deposit then gives their account, and you send money to them. They say that max 72 hours is enough to complete the transaction, but as a result nothing will be happen.

ChangeBuz is a cheater. I change sticpay to skrill. About 1980USD. The website receive my money, but they do not give me money till now.
Anyone See this. Should be careful of this Big Cheater.

I exchanged 85€ from Skrill to Western Union and nothing until now. Just processing in day 6. I have emailed them many times, even in Live chat and nothing. When you need Skrill account to make the payment they answers in seconds, when you have problems they dissaper.

Not even worth a star! This website is a complete scam of service, please do not send them any money. If you come into contact with Josephine Lenhart, you're done say byebye to your so hard earned money. Sent them the money via Skrill but never ever received the PayPal equivalent. Unlike anyone one I am fighting back and already filed my complaints with econsumer and internet crime report center and won't let them win so easily

I got scammed of 100$ on that website, made the transaction on December 28, now it's January 27 and I still did not receive my money, have tried contacting them but it's in vain

They have excellent customer service and the exchange was quick and easy. I would definitely use them again. The best part about the entire experience is that I got a really good exchange rate. There was a small fee to use the service, but it was worth it, especially because the fees are much lower than the other services I've used in the past.

Thanks to Changebuz.com, I can make the most of my Payeer account which I never use. I can now convert my payeer to Paypal. This is a very good thing. I am happy this website exists.

Hello everyone, before i start using changebuz.com i read some positive reviews and i trusted them. After 1 months of working, i got paid and sent the money from skrill to changebuz and never recieved it, now i cant even access the website. Its a big SCAM. I think all the positive reviews are fake. DON'T USE IT
