Champion Kilts

For our wedding, we ordered the Black Stewart tarten kilt set with the grey Argyll jacket & vest, which were customised for us. Questions were answered very quick and friendly, communication went awesome! Even got nicely stitched tartan fabric for my bouquet. Second order was forgotten, but we got an extra matching sporran as an excuse & gift. Kilt, jacket and vest are of a nice quality and very well tailored. The jacket was a bit too tight around the armpits, we ordered extra fabric to have it customised here. Both orders came on time as promised, within 7 days (Pakistan to the Netherlands). Tip: Be very accurate with the measurements and give as much as extra information as possible, maybe even use pictures, so their tailor can do their job properly (which is awesome as well!) I really wanted to rate this experience higher with Champion Kilts but unfortunately it has been a problem.

Major language barriers causing problems in basic questions.

I measured according to their measuring guidelines, but when I got the kilt it was an inch shorter than what I specified. I emailed my complaint and they admitted to the mistake.

They emailed me back and said that they would replace it with the original order length. I asked for a refund or a replacement with a longer length (which was no more expensive than what I originally ordered). At this point the email communication stopped. I needed this kilt for a wedding I was officiating, but because I've been trying to figure this out I will not have it in time

I will have to order from someone else. And now I have a 220 dollar leather kilt I can't wear and no communication with the company.
