The site is called CEUfast, why can't I get certificates that specifically say CEUs instead of contact hours? This site is recommended by the CCI, yet it doesn't specifically support CCT or CRAT licensure. Can there please be an option to change the units of measure from contact hours to just CEUs?

Often, the terms CEU, CE, and contact hour are used interchangeably, however, they are not the same and carry different values in measurement. Because of this, it is very important to know the difference when meeting renewal requirements.
A CEU is a "Continuing Education Unit". CE stands for "Continuing Education", and is typically associated with a single contact hour. A contact hour is a unit of credit for continuing education, based on a mathematical formula. Our contact hours are calculated with a formula based on 60 minute intervals. CEUs are equal to 10 contact hours/credits. For example: 2 CEUs equal 20 contact hours, 2.5 CEUs equal 25 contact hours, 20 CEUs would be equal to 200 contact hours.
