Overall the process was fine once I figured out how to remove my expired card and replace it with a new one. The print was sooo tiny and instruction not clear.
I cannot remove my old card. I cannot add a new card or remove my old expired card. Therefore I cannot purchase discounted tickets through the Certifikid website.

I could tell what the stipulations of my purchase were.
It refused to take my new credit card when I was at the checkout cart (I clicked on "change payment type"). I had to go to my account and add new card. After that it still defaulted to my previous card and I had to go delete it. The system should allow more than 1 card being saved on the system. Quite inconvenient.
