If you are unable/forget to cancel your "trial" period, you will enter CHAT BOT "Hell" with this company, and surrender money undeservedly to them. I learned the hard way.
After getting beyond a medical issue, I received my Credit Card billing, the next to the last charge was for $19.99 to Cerebrum IQ. I had intended to cancel within the 7-day trial period, but fate had a different idea. I went to PAYPAL within a few days after the trial period to cancel, and was redirected to CEREBRUM IQ. There is no chance of speaking to a human, but CHAT BOT is "available. (This is not a good thing)
I learned the $19.99 payments run for a period of time, called a "Pay Period" and cancellations can only be effected at that point- too bad it's undefined- and, the BOT doesn't know about it. Then there's something else called a "Support Ticket" that's not available to me or the BOT either. Oh, yes, then there's a "Subscription Period". Yep-you guessed it, I couldn't find out about that either.
I finally got the CHAT BOT to acknowledge my desire to cancel - after several tries, and being redirected for whatever reason several times. All very confusing. The stipulation was- I believe that they would continue to take my $19.99 until the time elapsed on the current "PAY Period"! At this point I have no idea if a Pay Period is two months or two years. It should have been cancelled immediately without a penalty period. The Pay Period malarky seems contrived to "make money." In fact the whole thing seems to be very deceptive.
Despite cancelling immediately after taking the test they claimed not to have my details to cancel. A week later and suddenly they have taken £19.99 out of my account, which is very odd given that they said they couldn't find my details to cancel the subscription. Have emailed their Bot which is useless, waiting on a response from *******@cerebrumiq.com.
In the meantime have cancelled my card to prevent any further charges, all in all very annoying!

I subcribed for a 7 day trial for 99 cents and got a 49$ ugrade on my credit card that i never asked for. Thiefs and scam. They say cancell anytimes and 30 day money back guarantee... good luck with that...

When you try to do the.99 trial you will be charged $48.00. When you contact them you will be told you selected to by pass the free trial - which I did not do. They will not refund you and tell you it is clearly in the agreements that I never saw. They will not refund you the money. My score was not accurate as the overall total was no where near the various category breakdowns. Stay off of this site if you don't want to lose money.

Awful service with confusing results. My overall IQ was 124 yet in every section I scored 'below avergare'. How does that work? They want you to subscribe to their brain training of course. Avoid.

Cerebrum IQ pulls you in by allowing you to take an IQ test for $.99. Then they hit you with a bigger charge. If you try to cancel your membership immediately, they inform you that they will cancel your membership, but you owe them money. If you try to explain that you do not want the membership and you want a refund, they are not interested in giving it to you. Avoid this company.

I went to this website to take an IQ test which supposibly it's U$0.99 and all of the sudden my card is charged with U$28.99 extra, which I never agreed with. Talking to their support team, they just said that there is nothing they can do.

I have a vharge on my card that I did not expect. I am getting nowhere with the investigation. Only going round in circles. Its a legitimate question and I can't get to speak to a real person. Also, I can't find anyplace to remove my card details from my account with them. Very poor service regarding this. I'll have to complain formally to the authorities tomorrow. Beware this company.

I usually never follow Instagram adds, but I had some spare time and wanted to play an IQ test (I already know my capabilities, but I find them fun).
First annoying thing: the spam after your initial payment trying to upsell you with bull$#*!. I had to say "thank you, but no" at least 8 times.
IQ assessment... Let's just say that the numbers do not add up, the email they sent said I had 120 (way less than usual, but I don't really care I might not have been as sharp), then the report says 116 (again, fine, but I would at the very least expect both numbers to match), but the detailed areas of the report simply doesn't make sense (they never reach 116, they are at 100 or above, but I'm always tagged as "below average", which doesn't make any sense, as, by definition, 100 is "the average"). Obviously, it is also hard to understand why I might get a 116 if I'm below that in the detail areas (unless it's not an average, or, if it's a weighted average weights are >1.0).
I already suspected it was a scam (and confirmed online) so I used a disposable credit card to ensure I just got charged a dollar. Maybe their "training" is worth it but I seriously doubt it if they can't even manage to assess IQ properly or create a report that makes sense.

This company literally stole $48 out of my account, no permission, I did not sign up for their membership. I signed up for a $0.99 trial, they charged me for that then instantly charged me $48, then another $0.99. They have refused to refund the money. They are thieves, do NOT deal with them at al.

This is a scam. First of all it says 7 day free trial and they charge your card immediately. This is fake. There is nowhere refund option, chatbot never responds, you can't find anyone on customer service and this is how you say goodbye to your money. Don't fall into the trap of 7 day free trial. Block this sit asap
