Ordered a washing machine part, paid and part 11 days ago.
I called to make sure part was available before ordering, was told it would ship "tomorrow."
Called today, was told part had to be ordered from maker, it had arrived "today."
It may ship today, probably tomorrow.
I asked if they could expedite shipping due to their inventory error and delayed shipping. Was told that they don't do that without passing charge on to customer.
First AND LAST time I order from them.
I should've paid the extra $25. and ordered directly from Bosch.
