Weve been customers of Michael and his staff for over five years and have never been disappointed. We have also needed a couple of repairs to rings and a watch; everything has always turned out perfect and within the time promised.
The smiles and the way we are greeted are bonuses, truly an exceptional team with the customer as the priority!


Ordered a washing machine part, paid and part 11 days ago.
I called to make sure part was available before ordering, was told it would ship "tomorrow."
Called today, was told part had to be ordered from maker, it had arrived "today."
It may ship today, probably tomorrow.
I asked if they could expedite shipping due to their inventory error and delayed shipping. Was told that they don't do that without passing charge on to customer.
First AND LAST time I order from them.
I should've paid the extra $25. And ordered directly from Bosch.


Ordered flowers for daughter's 35th birthday, one week in advance. Changed the order 0minutes after placing it, still one week in advance. Received order AND change confirmation later in day, still one week in advance.
Birthday arrives and I checked status around mid-afternoon, website showed ORDER FULFILLED. Found out the next morning (day after birthday) that NO flowers were delivered. The company phone number directs you to do ALL business through website. I emailed and received a reply that stated there had been a computer error AFTER order was placed. The flowers were to be delivered tomorrow, TWO DAYS AFTER BIRTHDAY! I was also given an apology code (SORRY20), for $20 off my next order. Really?! I don't think I'll ever use them again. To their credit, the flowers WERE delivered two days after the birthday; they found the correct house, just 48 hours later...
I have been waiting for a proper resolution for the past FOUR days and have not received anything but a generic reply.
BEWARE. I am surprised companies that run this way can manage to stay in business. Thank goodness for all the complaint forums online...


45 minute tour is very well paced, informative and open to ALL questions.
Tastings and samples are plentiful. Surprising facts, will not spoil them for you.
Plan on a good hour and a half; you will the extra time to decide what flavors to buy to take home. The "fill-a-bag" is fun and a great deal. Tried the DARK chocolate mocha, very smooth and tasty.


Not fancy or pretentious, that's part of the experience. A very simple and effective, fast moving design; with a GREAT food happy ending!
Walk in, wait in line to order (make sure you know what you want when you get to the counter, there are other people waiting behind you), pay, sit down. Simply the best breakfast, every time. Strawberry, Nutella, Banana crepes for dessert, the a Santa Fe Scramble with big, chunky potatoes and fluffy Macadamia Banana pancakes (didn't even need syrup, they ARE that good!)...
Very good coffee!


Have been for several ailments over the past four years, Dr. Eric has always found the cure.
His community room is relaxing and he's always worked with my ever-changing schedule.
Most times, I'm back to "normal" by the third visit.
His Saturday schedule is great for the M-F crowd.
Plenty of parking, easy to find, close to Lake Forest Avenue and the 5 FREEWAY, between
Rockfield and Muirlands in Lake Forest/El Toro.


Sent a sick GPS to the Dr., from the time I mailed it to the time I received it; SIX DAYS!
Back in perfect health, hope to never need them again.
But, they're bookmarked; just in case...


Have eaten here several times; ALWAYS impressed with the service, the food and the atmosphere. It's a quiet little family owned Italian restaurant, easy to miss but IMPOSSIBLE to forget. We have NEVER been disappointed with our meals, I try to get something different each time. Everyone there makes ALL who dine there feel like a part of their family. This is one of the VERY few places we would drive out of our way for! Thanks to the entire crew for always making our visit memorable.


Ordered two items within a week of each other; first item NOT what was pictured, second item arrived broken. To date, have contacted nCrowd AND groupalicious several times each over the course of the last six weeks. Have not been refunded a dime, continue to get generic replies to my emails. I make a statement or pose a question or request, and the reply is nothing close to what was written. Have never had a problem with GROUPON or AMAZON local, will NEVER do business with anything remotely related to groupalicious or ncrowd. They care more for the few bucks I spent, than trying to KEEP a customer; their CUSTOMER DISSERVICE speaks volumes. BUYER BEWARE!
If only there were a negative star rating...
