Couple of issues. Accidentally ordered and iPhone6 plus case instead of iphone 6 so sent it back and still nothing from them.

Ordered another iphone6 case and just got a Samsung Galaxy case in the mail (not even close to the design I asked for). Package even has on the envelope that I ordered an iPhone6 case. Emailed them that they sent the wrong case and apparently I have to pay shipping which will basically cost me what I paid for the damn case in the first place.

Total ripoff.

Recently upgraded my phone and since I loved the mybatt case I had on that one this was a no-brainer. Love the case - protects the phone like armor, very easy to handle and operate, and the unique kick-stand is perfect for hands-free streaming and videos.

Great case! Does not add extra bulk to the phone. Very durable. I upgraded from an iPhone 7 to a 12 and I have little hands haha. Overall the design and color of the case outweigh the slight slipperyness and I'm keeping it. I got the green color and it's so unique and pretty

No phone number to call. Sent several msgs to correct their mistake of sending the wrong item. Their response was to return their miistake and me pay the shipping. Beware of choosing them for your purchases.

Text: Got a new iphone 11 so I decided to go with mybatt again since I had a great experience with my iphone 7 case. Case is well engineered and convenient with kickstand option. I am sure it will meet and exceed my expectations

I wish I could rate them a ZERO... Dont waist your time. I have been waiting over a month for my order. I ordered a GLASS screen protector mid-June recieved it in July BROKEN. I contacted the company by email (the only way you can contact them) explained to them it can in a paper unpadded envelope delivered by US mail. At first I thought they would remedy the problem as they replied they would resend it. I just gotthe replacement in the US mail and guess what... same paper unpadded envelope and suprise surprise it BROKEN.

Dont get me wrong, there's nothing wrong with sending it US mail. This issue is that they send them in a paper envelope as if they were mailing a letter to grandma. How in the ham sandwich do they expect it not to be damaged in delivery.

I bought two flimsy, non-protective cases from this site. The cases did not fit my phone as advertised at all, so I followed the site's instructions to return them. I paid for tracking which said that the items were successfully delivered to the vendor's address. After SEVEN WEEK, I did not see a refund, so I called the number on the site. IT WAS DISCONNECTED! I can't believe that someone operates this site, takes money, and does not refund for defective items.

I paid by credit card for a Samsung Galaxy case bundle. Had to return it to get proper size. NEVER Rec'd the replacement product.

I ordered new screen protectors for 2 brand new LG G8X Thinq cellphones. I didn't pay attention and forgot to include the "X" in the search bar. So I ordered the wrong size screen protectors. I emailed costumer service that I've received the envelope but didn't opened it because I would like to send the screen protectors back for a refund. After a couple days I've received an email back, stating I would have to pay for return shipping and they would charge me 20% restocking fee! I give you a good advice, spend your money elsewhere.

After months of fighting this horrible company, I NEVER received my item nor did I receive my money back through PayPal. DO NOT BUY FROM this company. It is a COMPLETE SCAM and will only rip you off. I hope they don't get any business after this because it's honestly pathetic. Ordered my son a phone case for his birthday, only to learn months later I'm never gonna receive it nor get my money back after his birthday already passed. Piss poor customer service and company overall.

It seemed like a good case, but I was looking for something that wouldn't slip when holding it - especially when taking pictures. I returned it for that reason and bought a clear, cheaper, more grippy case.

Got the case before I the new phone arrived. Compared to my previous case for the XR (Slim Shockof) this looks more refined. Not very bulky though, actually surprisingly slim. Not sure how well it really tects compared to other, more substantial cases (hence the 4 Stars). The design is more engineered with the frosted back and some technical looking design in the inner frame. Grip is nice and it feels solid and rigid. Will comment more once the phone arrived. UPDATE: I am positively surprised. After attaching the Shockof case to the phone I have to say it looks really sleek for a tective case. It seems sturdy enough to tect against common drops. It may not be the most tective case around. So if you are looking for something that withstands the most extreme conditions, you might need to look somewhere else. But for everybody else (me included) I expect this case to perform really well. I therefore upgraded my rating.

Solid rubbery frame makes this a slim clear case with your color underneath! Extra protection on the corners. Super easy to put on and fits my oversized charger. Love it!
