Was skeptic at first when my friend first told me about this website but since then I've bought a few games and dlc for my pc and the codes definitely work, you can also get most games 50% cheaper than they are on steam

Overall good experience. I have had some issues in the past with my keys not working but it only happened once. Recently purchased a game called manor lords and received it relatively quickly and everything was correct.

All of the codes I have bought so far have worked, but a couple didn't work on my Xbox and had to be entered into my computer instead. Other than that I've had no problems. I'd recommend them for the incredible prices they offer.

I'm bought a game pass ultimate, it said it was redeemed, so i contacted customer service sent them all the proof they needed and still didn't make it right. Don't use or trust this site bunch if scammers.

Ordered a key for Dead by Daylight with some DLC add-ons, received a key that only unlocked the original game. 5 days so far and no help.

Customer service gave the 'your case is a priority' response 4 days ago and even their Twitter has said they've forwarded my info. I've had to put in a Paypal dispute which can take a whole month to resolve.

If you want a game for cheap and are willing to risk not being able to play it, or having to spend time chasing them if things go wrong then go for it but for the sake of a few quid, after my experience I am steering clear of them.

I've purchased several codes over the last 2 years without issue, but the latest code they sent doesn't work. They're now hiding behind retail law saying as I activated the code it is now considered as a service completed. Surely having a code that is valid is the main requirement and not just having delivered it. CDKeys claim to resolve issues within 72 hours, but it's six days and counting and they now don't even respond to emails. Having seen other similar reviews it appears these issues have only started in the last few months or so, therefore this may be an indication of the company's deterioration. I will avoid this company from now on.

I've had several transactions with CDKeys with absolutely no problems. Substantially lower prices than anyone else around with immediate delivery of working Steam keys. No drama, no mysterious charges. I'd recommend CDKeys to anyone looking for a deal.

In the past it was reliable shop, but my last order was terrible. The key for yearly EA play was already used by someone else, after 2 weeks they sent me another code, also already used. Communication with them is difficult, they respond on email once per week and I didn't get any resolution. Looks like nowadays this shop is scam, avoid it and buy somewhere else..

The key code is only guaranteed to work for 7 days. Inclement weather delayed my grandson's celebration until day 10. Representative pointed to Terms and conditions and didn't even try to help. All of this to save $10 and lost 50. No attempt to resolve issue. Blamed PlayStation but did not attempt to resolve. Fighting it now through my credit card.

Bought 12 month xbox live subscription and one of the codes was already redeemed. Customer service would not help to resolve the issue. I reported them to Microsoft and they advised to never do business with CDKeys again. They stated that they have received many complaints about their shady business dealings.

As with many now I'm starting to have serious issues with cdkeys.
Purchased key appears to have been already used and after an initial reply from support requesting I supply further information I've been ignored.
Avoid until they get their act together
Update: I have eventually been issued with a working key so have added a couple of stars. Will need to see their service improve before I use them again however.

I ordered a copy of The Elder Scrolls Online: Gold Road Collection, But the codes they gave me didn't work. I tried contacting Customer support multiple times, but i just get the generic "we are looking into the issue" message with no response.

Update: CDKeys has since fixed the issue and refunded via gift card. I tried a new purchase with a new key and surprisingly it worked. Customer support was nice, but took way longer then they said to respond with a solution. Take caution here, especially with customer support.

Sold me an invalid code and will not replace it or try to help me in any way. They quit replying after I provided all the necessary screenshots proving it was an invalid code. They are taking advantage of people and stealing their money. I know other people have got real codes but it isn't worth the gamble. Spend the extra 10$ and buy from PS Store.

I paid and they sent me a code that had already been used. Opened a case and they asked for specific pieces of evidence. Provided them and then didn't hear a peep. Escalated it to PayPal and PayPal denied it, clearly without proof as the code did not work. So you won't be protected if/when it goes south
